Governor,

Three unidentified capital-class vessels were detected (by a picket in the Sluis Sector) heading on a bearing suggesting the Doldur Sector this morning. The logical route to the Doldur Sector involves a change of Hyperlanes at Eriadu.

If heading at their recorded heading and velocity, they ought to arrive at Eriadu this afternoon. We'd appreciate if you could provide any data you can gather on these ships to us, and take due precaution against the possibility they are hostile.

If they threaten us, we'll take them out. Otherwise it's none of our business or yours. I couldn't care less who they are or where they're going. Try asking the Parwans or Orryxians. They're more your kind of people, alien lover as you are. If I had the choice between data-sharing with Alsakan and having a urinary tract infection, I don't know which I'd choose. I wish Coruscant had won its age old war with you so that Alsakan would have no meddlesome, do-gooder fleet wandering around the galaxy, never leaving well enough alone. Eriadu isn't the usual sort of worthless jerkwater planet that you make friends with on the Outer Rim: we can take care of ourselves and don't need Alsakan keeping tabs on us.

There was one small matter more. The Ruler of the Sipsk, being aware that you do not celebrate Life Day but also being aware that you are a man who enjoys a hearty banquet, requested that a cargo container be dispatched carrying various ready seasoned poultry products from Sipsk. I don't know the details I'm afraid of the contents, but it's all passed bioscans as edible.
