I intend to push forward with the present probate on the will of Alyn Stark. My co-executor has mentioned you intend to place a legal challenge against the will.
May I ask on what basis, I certainly would wish to be fully involved (as an executor and man who has helped conduct business with the late Lord Stark) in order to assure the correct distribution of your husbands assets. If there is no case filed, on completion of process and due diligence then the executors are legally obliged to convey the property as described in the will.
Please can you do so promptly if you intend to (to secure an temporary injunction so that myself and Thanatos will not be committing an offense by withholding property from their new owners - yourself included). Apologies if this letter seems overly brusque and I realize this is a sad time for you and your family, but I have a duty to execute the estate efficiently and swiftly.

I do not know you, nor have I ever heard mention of your name by my husband. I spoke to Ilanah because I trust her and know her. For all I know, you could be lying to me. I am not accusing you of such, please understand.
When the injunction is filed, you will hear from my lawyer, Elena Nabavi, in regards to the next steps. Until then I ask you to refrain from your intention to publicly read his supposed will until this matter can be settled legally. I you truly knew Alyn, you should respect that and not turn this into a race.

I was a business associate of your husband and can hardly claim to be close to him, but I did conduct a business deal with him for a client some months ago which has been moderately successful. I can say I was shocked to be named as an executor but am happy to fulfill the duties he placed upon me.
I object to your questioning my integrity, and that of an Imperial Judge, but again I can understand being distraught at the loss of your husband must be difficult. I realize this is not a race but the people having their money withheld must feel otherwise.

| And having my livlihood and that of my son removed so hastily without second thought or consideration, makes me unconcerned about making others wait a few extra days. I am sure they will not mind once the full situation is known. I will ask you again to delay.
