| The Gentlemen of the Media,
His Ferociousness, the War Chief of Trandosha, Tssk the Razor-clawed has decided to make the following declaration regarding Lorrd Engineering, which by the terms of a legacy may fall to the Government of Trandosha. The Government of Trandosha has no wish to run a foreign corporation, and so would accept the legacy reluctantly.
If the will goes through as predicted, The War Chief is minded to allow Lorrd Engineering to be managed by the people of Kol Huro and for their own interests, with the profits from the company being shared evenly between Trandosha and Kol Huro, with Trandosha retaining the stock in the company but allowing Kol Huro to purchase stock annually out of their share of profits, so that they might buy the company in a few decades of hard work.
The Board will have members appointed to it from SubPro and also from Kol Huro. The company shall then be run for the interests of it's shareholders with autonomy from the Government of Trandosha and its other shareholders as any publicly traded company should be. It will trade out of Imperial Center and will robustly use the law to resist any government encroachment upon it's docks or ships within them.
