When you made a Declaration of Freedom on the Shadowfeed, you had caught the attention of our leader. Of which, regrettably, I cannot divulge his identity for security reasons. He strongly believes the planet of Naboo plays a vital role to the rest of the galaxy due to its people and actions leading up to the New Order. He believes the characteristics of the Nubians would still be capable of shaping the galaxy to a vision where we all can embrace safely. While the Empire takes great pride in Human High Culture, the Libs are friends to many of the Non-Humans. The man himself respects the Gungans, a race of warriors fighting for their rights. Which leads me to this proposal: an alliance between the Libs and your resistance. We'd be able to supply you with more advanced weaponry so your soldiers can combat the stormtroopers better. Our factions could exchange information, my spy network is spread throughout the galaxy of which would be able to supply you with different sorts of information. The Libs have the resources necessary to better equip your resistance. Our leader had studied the physiology of your people, and he understands what he is about to propose may be sensitive to your people. We knows that you have had bad experience with off-worlders. But the only thing the Libs want in return is a base of operations somewhere in the Swamps jointly operated by both your soldiers and mine. While my goals are galactic and yours are planetary, surely you realize our goals are common. That is to eliminate the Empire's right to run this galaxy with an iron fist. Please consider our offer and get back to me as soon as possible.

I must first apologize for the lateness of this letter. I find that sometimes it is best to issue a hand document that is capable of being burned after the fact, than a holo recording that could still leave a possible trace of its previous existence. I must first say that it is my hope that this letter finds you well, and that it is a great hope for those under my command to find allies that would be willing to help. As you have undoubtly heard, the Rorigung have spoken out against my Declaration of Freedom, saying that the Gungan Resistance Force is betraying our people for working with humans. I though view that we must unite to fight against the Empire, or else we are doomed to fall, just as the Rorigung will fall in their own fights by refusing the help of others. It would be a great honor to speak in person on the terms of an alliance between the Gungan Resistance Force and the Libs.

I am certain it would raise more than a few eyebrows if you were to travel offworld. So out of diplomatic courtesy and to lessen placing you in danger, I will be taking a risk by traveling to Naboo to meet with you. It would be my pleasure to finally meet you in person.
