| Mika Jeebs,
My work has taken me to the Cronese Mandate. While there, I intend to recruit for the cause of the Libs and harm the Empire however I can. I will need aid and resources. Do we have any allies or contacts within the Mandate?

First of all, where in the Cronese Mandate? It is a vast region with several inhabited and uninhabited worlds alike. We have contacts everywhere in this galaxy, including the region you were referring to. I will have a low-level contact meet with you, depending on the whereabouts, but I am not certain the Libs are ready to spend resources in this region of the galaxy just yet. If you have something that could convince us otherwise, then present it to the contact and the guy will relay it to me.

I am at Chandaar, the Cronese Mandate's capital. If the Libs are not willing to spend resources, then perhaps I am. I do not know if you follow the news along the Outer Rim, but my family was foully murdered; I am the sole heir to their shipping company and all within are loyal to my now, as my father before me. I have resources beyond what I had before and the means to aid the Libs. I am willing to invest heavily to aid the Libs to begin a movement within the Mandate and I have gone there of my own accord to seal business partners and secretly recruit for your cause. I stand to loose much, Miss Jeebs, and I have heard nothing of meeting the man who leads the Libs. This is a great disservice done to me.

I apologize if you were offended by not having to meet with the big man himself. He is a very busy man, and it is very hard to reel him away from his business affairs. Even if I managed to, he will not show himself unless it is someone he trust his life with. Because you are willing to spend a lot of resources on helping the Libs set a foothold in the Cronese Mandate, I will attempt to put in another good word for you and try to convince him to meet up with you after your current stint with my contact is over.
Just bear this in mind, if he decides not to meet with you and that lead you to decide to stop helping the Libs, I will ensure that your resources are fully compensated for your actions on Cronese Mandate and for Quellii Sector. This is the least we could do if things do not work out on both ends. Good luck to you.

I am one man, and the Libs have many resources. I am willing to go as far as to let your people pick me up from any location of your choosing and bring me to meet with him on your terms. It puts all the cards in your hands. Suffice to say it would put my mind at ease, as I'm sure it would put the collective mind of the Libs at ease knowing directly who they are dealing with in my person and assure you all that I have just as much to lose as you.
If he refuses to meet, I will continue to work for the Libs, I only hope he willing be willing to meet at some point. We can hardly collaborate effectively unless all parties are together. I will need some information to meet your Cronese contact; the higher-level he is placed the better, as my cover will give me leave to deal with many higher-ups in the Cronese government.

The contact you are seeing is a human male working inside the capital building. He's an assistant for a Chandaar official, his office is on the third floor. The guy knows that region pretty well. Once again, good luck. I will inform him of your cover, and he will be expecting your arrival.
