I understand you were upset about what had happened in the past. However, that doesn't mean we should be enemies. The real enemy is the Empire. I will even admit that what we did wasn't exactly honorable in your book, but I would like us to clear this misunderstand and become allies again. I also understand your reluctance, so as a token of goodwill, I'm willing to do a meeting in the space should you feel the urgency to change your mind and leave. As a sign of faith, both sides are allowed to send a warship to the meeting in order to protect its own people. I'll be sending a DP20 gunship to serve as a diplomatic ship. My best Lieutenant Colonel will be the negotiator.
I'm sending the coordinates of the meeting to you. I hope to see you there.

I see that the Libs word means nothing now just as it meant nothing during the operation previously enacted upon. First it was only one warship each and now you slip in that you're bringing fighters as well.
