The silence went on, and on, and on. Drace, unperturbed. Aramier, vacant. Eventually, whether Aramier became frustrated or simply came to a decision that this wasn't going anywhere, he stood and left the room, wordlessly. Time passed. Drace, still sedated and confused, would have no idea how long. The complete silence in the small room would begin to bother him. No matter how "tough" he was, he was still human―no human could remain confined alone without beginning to feel the walls closing in on him. No training, no preparation, no "toughness" could prepare a person for such complete isolation and hopelessness.

Drace wasn't stupid, and certain possibilities must have occurred to him; the possibility that no one was coming for him, that no one would feed him, that he would die of hunger or, more likely, of thirst. Torture didn't seem to bother him, but death bothered everyone (except sociopaths). Eventually, other things would occur to him, too. Sights, sounds. Something in the corner of his eye that turned out to be nothing. Some sort of tapping noise. Again, nothing. When the door finally hissed open, the sound would almost be welcome. The man, though, was not.

Inquisitor Cale was unintimidating. Surprisingly young for an Inquisitor, he had soft features and a slender build, and didn't appear as though he could beat anyone in a fight. Appearances could be deceiving, however. But fighting wasn't his plan; rather, after some discussion of what to do, Cale was sent here to reason with Drace. And employ his wiles on the poor fellow, if need be. Taking care not to crease his robe, Cale seated himself opposite Drace. He didn't care if Drace looked at him or paid attention―this was, after all, more a test of Drace than a test of Cale, his temper, or his patience. Indeed, it was a test of whether or not Drace deserved to live.

Cale crossed one leg over the other, then regarded Drace for a long moment. Sedated, confused, and unshaven, Drace wasn't looking well. "Would you like to know where you are, Drace Xeone?" he asked. "Of course you do," he answered his own question, "Because you have some foolish notion that you're going to escape from here, and naturally you'll want to know where you're escaping from." He sighed. "You are in the basement of a fortress on the planet Prakith, in the Deep Core. The fortress is filled with Inquisitors and surrounded by Imperial forces, and the planet is surrounded by Imperial forces, too, and Imperial planets from here to the Outer Rim. Your escape from here is so improbable that I do recommend you cooperate with us, Drace, so that your release is at least a possibility."

He paused for a moment, then changed the subject. "Do you remember me?" he asked, in a frustratingly conversational tone of voice. "I remember you," he went on, "From the Jedi Temple, that is. You never had many friends, and the Council didn't respect you. So temperamental, too. Really, Drace, you fit the description of an Inquisitor far more than a Jedi. Especially since your Jedi friends betrayed you at Utapau, just as they betrayed the Republic. And they abandoned you here, Drace. Really, with friends like those, who needs me?" Again, he answered his own question. "You do."

If he genuinely thought he could escape from this place, then whether or not Drace was insane was open to doubt. Supposing that he wasn't insane, though, this still demanded the qualifier that he wasn't insane yet. Cale sighed. "You disappoint me," he said after a moment's pause, "It's so rare I get to speak to another Jedi after all these years. I was disappointed, first, when I learned that it was you. But I'm even more disappointed that you won't answer. They told me you wouldn't," he shrugged, "They said you weren't of any use to us and should be executed here and now. But I said 'wait, friends, let me speak with him first.' So here I am, and you're proving them right." Cale shook his head, glancing away at nothing in particular, "It saddens me that you won't find a friend here, now, when you need a friend the most. A friend who won't abandon you at the first sign of trouble, that is. Honestly, Drace, you shouldn't have expected more from the Jedi."

"Or did you really think the Jedi ever respected you? I was there in the Temple, a mere Padawan, and I didn't respect you. Yoda didn't either, you know. He let them train you as a Jedi because you were too dangerous not to train, and he promoted you so that he could watch you more closely. Oh, and that Padawan he assigned to you? The one you 'fell in love' with?" He shook his head again, pitiably, "She was assigned to spy on you, and she played along with your pathetic advances so you wouldn't find out that she was reporting to the Council about you. It was obvious to everyone, Drace, but you. Not that it matters, of course," he shrugged, "You did get her killed, eventually. Of course, it comes as no surprise to me that the Jedi don't take care of their own—or to you, judging from what happened at Utapau."

"Honestly, Drace, have you no dignity? No self respect? Why protect the people who used you and then left you to be captured?" he asked. "Do you see why you're disappointing me? I expected more even from you. Frankly, it's embarrassing."

Whether or not Drace appreciated this fact, there was one other fact he definitely didn't seem to be appreciating; namely, the Imperials weren't about to let his sedatives wear off. Not long from now, he would be given another dose long before his first dose had worn off. Then another, then another. If he resisted, they would put it in his food or his water. It would go on until he either cooperated or until the Empire decided he wasn't going to, and executed him. Unless he could convince Inquisitor Cale otherwise, that is.

"This is precisely the problem with the Jedi!" Cale said, earnest in his passion to convince Drace of this point, "A master once told me 'This weapon is your life.' Please!" He shook his head. "An all-encompassing and -powerful Force, and what do the Jedi use it for? To kill things. If you really want to claim that you and the Jedi are better at killing things than me, I'm pleased to admit this is true. Because despite what the Jedi taught us, the Force is so much more than just a weapon. But you're misunderstanding me, Drace," he paused for a moment, leaning comfortably back in his chair once more as he went on, "I don't care if you turn to the 'Dark Side' or not. I'll even tell you a secret―I don't know what the 'Dark Side' is, nor do I care. I'm here to find out who the Jedi are who abandoned you at Utapau."

"Consider the situation, Drace," he said, "Here I am, talking to you. I haven't wronged you in any way, have I? But those Jedi have wronged you―they took advantage of you, abandoned you, and forgot about you. These Jedi, the ones who did this, are our mutual enemies. There's no point in protecting them, surely. Am I wrong?"

Cale shook his head and sighed. If Drace's words bothered him, he wasn't showing it. He seemed genuinely unperturbed. "Drace, Drace, Drace," he said, "There's so much you don't understand. It isn't your fault, I know. It's how we were taught. I can't help you to understand, though, if you won't listen. But that's fine," he shrugged, "Honestly, I'm not here to change your mind. What you believe isn't my concern, although you are mistaken about so many things. We'll never 'take over anything'? There's 'so few of us'? Really, Drace, consider where you are. There are more of us in this building than there are Jedi in the galaxy―a galaxy that is ruled by the Empire now. You're on the losing side. I'm on the winning side, and I am respected here. I own a planet, Drace. A planet. I have everything I could possibly want, and I assure you I'm quite happy. And here you are in a cell, looking awful if I do say so," he shook his head, "It doesn't need to be this way, Drace."

"You didn't answer my question," he said, "'Am I wrong?'" He raised an eyebrow thoughtfully, "Am I wrong that those Jedi on Utapau used you, abandoned you, and forgot about you? Am I wrong that you have no reason to protect them, and every reason to tell me who they are? 'I know nothing,' you said. Don't be ridiculous―you do know the names of those Jedi. That's all I want. Was Kenobi there? Echuu Shen Jon, perhaps? Shaak Ti?" Cale used the Force to sense Drace's reaction to each one of these names. There was bound to be some twitch of recognition in his mind when he heard the right one, even if he tried to hide it. "What about Rahm Kota?" he asked, "Yoda? Jinta Jidan...?"

"Kenobi, not Kenodi," Cale corrected him, "And as a matter of fact, I do have friends." He glanced at his wrist chrono, "I have a grav-ball game with some of them as soon as we're finished here," he said, absently. He was a bit frustrated that Drace, somehow, had shown no particular recognition of any of the Jedi he'd mentioned. Cale sighed, realizing that he would have to try another technique. "I can see you're going to require a demonstration of my power, Drace," he said, regretfully, "I was hoping I wouldn't have to do this, but so be it." He took a slow, deliberate breath and closed his eyes. For a long moment, as Cale seemed deep in concentration, nothing happened. Then, a strange feeling of unreality would begin to come over Drace; a sense of confusion, as time escaped him and even the cell began to seem unreal, like something from a dream. And then...

... nothing happened. Cale opened his eyes abruptly, seeming to have lost his concentration. He looked frustrated. Then, without a word, he stood, turned, and stormed out of the room. The door slammed behind him, and Drace was left alone once more. But something was different this time. For whatever reason, the door didn't lock and no one seemed to notice—it was cracked open, and Cale's footsteps could be heard walking down the corridor and fading away. And then, quiet. Soon, Drace would feel his mind was becoming sharper, and the Force would return to him like sunlight after a long, cold, lonely winter. Had the sedatives worn off? Yes, it appeared so. Whatever the reason, this looked like Drace's perfect opportunity to escape.

Drace felt the force come back to him and saw that the door did not lock he figured this must be a trap..Drace reached out his hand to were cale was and focused it Cale was truly gone then Force statsis would not effect him but it was a short to medium rage mostly for more that one person .But it work just as well for one ...Then drace did not move he started to do his meditation once again he had a feeling what cale did was not a failure. Then started to get up even if this was a dream he would not miss a opportunity to leave even if it felt like a dream. He was going to do his best to get out this state of mind.So he started to maintain his focus.

If he ventured into the corridor outside his cell, Drace would find it empty. There were other cells there, but no presence inside any of them. There were no windows in the corridor, either—Cale told the truth about being in the basement of a fortress. At one end of the corridor was a turbolift and, momentarily, the door would hiss open. An officer and two stormtroopers stepped out, talking amongst themselves until they noticed Drace, there, in the corridor. The officer reached for his pistol and stood tactfully behind one of the stormtroopers, while he and the other stormtrooper raised their blaster rifles. "You!" one of the stormtroopers shouted, "On the floor, now!" The officer reached for his comlink, about to alert the fortress that a prisoner had escaped.

Drace smiled at them and used force statsis ((was a more potent version of Force Stun. The Jedi would use the Force to deaden the senses of an enemy, inducing a near-catatonic state and in effect freezing that person or being in place. This power was very useful when the Force-user was stuck in tight spots against a superior number of foes.))

He smiled as this would be almost instant..The drace would use force push onethe one tring to call down more trooper's .He would then use force barrier To deflect any blasters...He need one of them alive so he could find out were his sabers were...Drace wasn't against killing clones or as they called them now stormtrooper's. He smiled at them

The "Force Stasis" seemed to work exactly as Drace intended it—the duo of stormtroopers and the Imperial officer crumbled to the ground, unconscious. The latter was Force pushed against the wall, adding a bump on the head to his troubles and sending his comlink to the floor. The door to the turbolift remained open, and, with no other doors around (other than prison cells), the turbolift appeared to be the only way out of the detention area. If he went inside, however, Drace might find it unusual that the buttons were marked in a language he hadn't seen before (although "up" and "down" were apparent)—whatever button he pressed, he would be taking a chance; a chance that would lead him, eventually, to another corridor.

As the door to the turbolift opened once more, he would notice this corridor had windows; outside, snow fell on Prakith. Inside the corridor were more Imperials. Many more Imperials. Throughout the corridor were black uniformed Imperial pilots and many stormtroopers with their helmets off, talking to one another casually when Drace showed up. They looked in his direction, paused for a moment, then immediately went for their weapons, or behind tables and chairs for cover. The pilots, too, drew their sidearms. There must have been two dozen Imperials in all, but the fact that pilots were present would tell Drace that he was near some sort of hangar or landing pad and, thus, this was probably where he wanted to be.

Drace would Use Force statsis once again..Think is becomeing more and more mysteriour this was ither a trap or he was still back in the cell...Ither way he was leaveing nothing was going to stop his escape...
He the would use Force Push once again but only to the one's hideing behinde tables and such.. This would stop any thing from getting any ones attion other than the troopers in the room..

He then picked up one of the pilot's and one of there blaster pistols said: were's the docking bay tell me or you'll be the only one here who won't wake up..
