| The BTL-B y-wing was flying in maximum speed, trying to evade TIE fighters yet again. R2-F1 beeped, and it could be heard on the comm system of the ship. "I don't care, R2, just set the coordinates to anywhere!" A heightened tone were spoken back, barking order at the astromech. The Imperial garrison on the planet Vaal had been alerted of his presence, and he had to fight through a pack of Hyenax with great difficulty. Then he had destroyed a couple of TIE fighters the moment they came into the range on his blasting out of the planet's atmosphere. The droid beeped once again, and this time alarmingly. "What?! Guess we'll have to enter the asteroid field." Anubis spoke to the astromech as the y-wing was moving toward the asteroids, R2-F1 issued another beeping. "I don't want to hear about the odds! This is not the time for odds!" The rogue clone commando would let out a heavy sigh as the BTL-B y-wing starts its flight into Vaal asteroid field. It was his first time flying into an asteroid field, but it wasn't his first time doing crazy stuffs. It had become a habit of his, a habit that were carried over from the Clone Wars. It was what had been keeping him alive all those years. Four TIE fighters were chasing him into the field, "I must be someone important or they wouldn't be crazy enough to follow me." He whispered to himself, although his droid would hear it. Anubis had figured that the stormtroopers had accessed the Imperial database and found out about him. The y-wing had spun to the left to avoid a collision with an asteroid, and spun up to avoid another. It's hard enough to fly through an asteroid field, and it was made more difficult when the TIE fighters keep trying to shoot him down. Anubis had a lot of experience in starfighter combat, especially during the Clone Wars. This made things a little easier in the asteroid field, not whole lot though. The Clone Commando had to pull off stunts to avoid collisions and to evade blaster bolts raining toward the y-wing. It was incredibly risky, but it paid off. One of the fighters were tricked into colliding with an asteroid, and an nearby explosion had occurred. The radar had indicated that a fighter had disappeared, "One down, three more to go." The y-wing was almost out of the asteroid field, but this meant worse things for Anubis because the Imperials would have a clear shot at his ship. All of sudden, the rogue had an idea. It was even crazier idea than when he had chosen to enter the asteroid field. Anubis had steered the y-wing toward an asteroid, straight ahead. The next thing he did was dumb fire a couple of proton torpedoes toward the exact same asteroid. He immediately pressed the joystick to the right, spinning the ship rapidly out of the way when the asteroid blew into several pieces. The TIE fighters weren't able to get themselves to safety due to two reasons. One was because they were unshielded, and another was due to the ship design. Clearly, a H-shaped ship design doesn't bode well with asteroid fields. Ships with sleek designs would fare better inside asteroid fields. The three fighters had disappeared from the radar, and explosions rocked by nearby. "Guess that Jedi isn't on Vaal." The clone would let out a heavy sigh as the y-wing got out of the asteroid field, and was ready to enter into hyperspace. But not before he decided to do something quickly, "Tell the contact on Tatooine to send a message to that Jedi from the Tiroth thing, try to set up a meeting with me on Lok." He ordered the astromech droid, transmitting a signal all the way to Tatooine before the y-wing would enter into hyperspace en route Lok. Anubis hoped the Jedi would receive the message and agree to meet him there.

| Trask would lean back into the seat of his small shuttle. He had borrowed it for his trip to Tiroth and was now heading back to Coruscant about to break hyperspace for one of the multiple repositions and changes in route that it took to make it back from that far. But even as the ship reverted back to real space he would be distracted by the beeping of his communications. He wondered if the Monnok had sent him back but was only mildly disappointed when he saw the face of one of those who he had rescued from the city. "General, I know it has only been a short time since we last spoke but there is a matter for which I believe you would be very interested in following up on." The man said without having waited for Trask to start speaking. Trask nodded a bit raising a hand and motioning for the man to continue on. "There is someone looking for you..a potential ally that wants to make contact with the Hero of Tiroth. He will be waiting on Lok." The man finished up and Trask nodded a bit sounded like this would be someone to talk to at the very least. "You can tell your contact that I will be there shortly. Send the coordinates to my navicomputer and I will plug them in." He would of course double check them as he saw them come in pressing the button to deactivate the comm when he had the needed coordinates. He was used to not trusting people to being the one who would be betrayed at the first possible convience. He was a jedi and had a bounty on his head and now he was a rebel, someone who had taken up arms against the empire. There was to be no going back, he had shot past the point of no return in Tiroth and now all there was left was to continue the fight, only stopping when the empire was no more and democracy had returned. His ship would shift at the urging of Trask turning to face a new direction away from Imperial Center and towards Lok, a knew journey so short after the last one. This was seemingly going to become a habit. A moment later the lines would appear and his ship would blast away from its previous spot off to Lok and an uncertain future.

| The y-wing had emerged out of hyperspace after a long flight in the blue tunnel of light. The planet Lok was in front of his sight, and with the ship he had chosen to stick with so long after the Clone Wars, they would perceive him as an ordinary pirate. The ship's ID signature would further reinforce that assumption, he had changed the signature long before his visit to Lok. Right after he betrayed the Empire a decade ago, in fact. He has been changing ID signature from time to time to avoid being a target entering into an Imperial system. The ship had transmitted its codes to the docking authorities. It was merely to avoid being shot down by the cannons or the nearby ships. Moments later, he was granted landing clearance. Anubis decided to go ahead and land the y-wing into the docking bay. The clone would rev the engines down and open the cockpit window for him to get out of the ship. Before climbing down, he grabbed his assault rifle. Then he proceeded to climb down onto the ground, but didn't leave the hangar bay. It wasn't his intention to leave the hangar bay. Instead, he would have the Jedi come to him. At least this way they would be able to have some time to escape should the Imperials decide to close in on to both of them. The Clone Commando would be leaning against the ladder, looking around to see if he'd be able to spot the Jedi. He knew he'd have to be careful, because of his armor and helmet and all. He decided to take the helmet off and placed it on the ground. If the Jedi indeed will come, the man would see the resemblance of Jango Fett. The Clone also placed the assault rifle on the ground so that he wouldn't be deemed a threat. He didn't want the Jedi to think he did it to bait the man into a trap and get handed over to Darth Vader. Though, there may be some difficulty convincing this Jedi that he broke away from the Empire once Order 66 was enacted.

| Trask's shuttle would drop out of hyperspace reverting back to realspace once again. Out of the view port his eyes would fall onto the bland, but now all too familiar vision of an Imperial ship. He would shake his head almost imperceptibly at his own past. It had been a long time it seemed since he had stood on the bridge of a ship staring out at the stars in front of him, the lives of thousands all hinging on his orders, or more accurately those of his superiors he had been tasked with carrying out. He would broadcast his clearance codes getting the permission to land a moment later instructed to a hanger bay. Too easy he thought, but then again he was paranoid. Years of being a fugitive had honed that in him but no more would he be afraid, no more would he remind himself of what had once been but instead do everything in his power to force a turn around in the cascade of events which had led him to this place. He would set the ship on autopilot letting it guide down to the space port on its own accord while he would go back to get changed putting on some basic civilian clothes without holes and dirt from Tiroth on them and over that he would toss a walking cloak with a hood which could be pulled up if the need be. Feeling the ship settle on the ground, Trask would lower the ramp stowing his lightsaber away up his sleeve and strapping on a standard blaster to his hip. Clumsy, uncivilized but needed to sell the deception of who his public facade was. He would send a comm to get the coordinates from his contact as he walked down. The contact would send a message to Anubis seeking the coordinates of the meeting point.

| The rogue Clone Commando would hear a beeping coming from his comlink. He was quick to grab it away from his belt and placed it in front of his mouth. "What is it?" Anubis had asked with a firm tone. He wasn't here to waste time, thus he wanted to make sure everything was going smoothly. A lot of things may have gone wrong for him while he was deep behind the enemy lines during the Clone Wars, time has changed and he cannot afford mistakes. The contact knew this as well and was being as direct as possible with Anubis. "Here's the coordinates." Anubis would then recite the coordinates for it to be sent to the Jedi. It was clear to Anubis that the Jedi was nearby, but he couldn't very well blow his cover. The clone knew he had to stay put and wait for the Jedi to approach him or he could be mistaken as an enemy.

| His comm would beep a moment later and he would pull it out glancing at it only brief enough to get the coordinates down smiling a bit to himself. Good it wasn't too far away, he wouldn't even have to rent a speeder to make it there just a short while away. So with that in mind he would move to bury his hands inside of his pockets acting casual as he began to move off down the sidewalk in the right direction. He wasn't going straight instead making a bunch of turns to make sure that anyone following him would have their hands full. Eventually though he would arrive at the entrance to Anubis' hangerbay and would move on inside slowly pulling the hood of the cloak up. He wasn't sure if he was being brought into a trap but at least this way whoever he would meet wouldn't be able to get a detection of who he was. The empire thought he was dead and that wasn't something that he wanted to change yet. He had to keep them off balance, not knowing who he was. Not knowing who had defeated them at Tiroth and not being able to mount an effective counter attack right away anyways. Once they'd had time to study his tactics he was sure they would devise counters and attacks of their own, for that reason he would have to be sure to be vigilant in changing his tactics often enough to keep them off balance and something new each time to make sure they wouldn't be able to predict his unpredictability. His eyes would fall on the face of Jango Fett and he frowned a bit..well at this pace it was going to be interesting his hand slipping close to his blaster just to be safe as he would begin to approach keeping himself closed off to the force for now but that could change and quickly, but he would prefer not to reveal himself to any inquisitors nearby.

| The clone would look around the hangar bay from the ladder, looking a little bit bored. Of course, it was about to get interesting. The face of Jango Fett grinned a little bit. He had spotted a man approaching the clone, no doubt a Jedi. Anubis decided to remain on the ladder for a moment, "You're a hard man to find. Your actions at Tiroth is attracting more attention than a fleet of Imperial Star Destroyers. Your heroism is spreading out, and the Empire would do anything to supress this...rumor." The Clone Commando would be slow to get off the ladder, stretching his right arm out with an open palm. He was indicating a gesture, pointing at his helmet and the assault rifle laying on the ground nearby. "And no, my loyalty is not with the Empire. Though I'm pretty sure you don't believe me."

| "Well I wouldn't have survived this long if I had been trusting, so for now Ill say the jury is out." he countered the statement about his belief. "As of Tiroth, it was more luck that I found one of the only Imperial Commanders ignorant enough to fall into a clear trap with even clearer bait." He wasn't taking full credit for that victory he owed a lot to the commander of the imperial forces who had been so kind as to gather his garrison in one spot. He had only hoped to draw in one, maybe two, units into his trap but had ended up with an entire garrison, a pleasant but unexpected bonus. "But since you have found me, now what?" he asked curiously. He had noted the gesture of the man laying a blaster aside and pulled his hand away from his though he was sure Anubis knew what he was and wasn't going to be taking him lightly if it came to a fight. After all he was a jedi and as such had the best ally of them all and it could be called at a moment's notice.

| Anubis would look at Trask, staying silent for a moment while the Jedi was speaking. "Clearly, this commander was not a veteran of the Clone Wars." The Clone Commando would scan the Jedi with his own eyes, wondering if he had fought with him during the Clone Wars. The arms crossed, and the clone began to speak once again. "As hard as it is for you to believe, I am not here to capture nor kill you. I am here to propose an alliance. A Jedi friend of mine saved my life when my squad refused to carry out Order 66. Every single one of my men died protecting that Jedi, and then that Jedi died to save me. I would like to honor him by fighting alongside the honorable warriors of the galaxy." The Clone Commando wouldn't take another step, knowing that if the Jedi doesn't trust him, it's best not to make any sudden moves. "I'm a...well, was a Clone Commando. I operate deep behind the enemy lines. Surely, my talent and experience would be useful, even for a Jedi Knight. What must I do to prove to you?"

| "A sad, or rather a fortunate truth is that not many of them who did are still in the service, most having moved on long ago." he said thoughtfully as he considered the man. He could certainly use a Clone commando on his side, he knew the stories of most of them. "Answer me something then, in your squad what was your specialization?" he asked calmly. He had served with a few groups of them mainly leading forces in after the commandos had already come through and weakened defenses enough for places to be taken. They kept him from having to go in and do it as so many jedi generals had to do during the war. "And while I am sure you can understand my distrust as of right now. You are a clone and I am a jedi programming says we are supposed to be enemies, but if it is true you have over come it there are a few ways I can be sure. A mental probe using the force, preferably not on any planet under imperial control as usage of the force may attract members of the inquisitorius, or the longer more dangerous route of serving with you despite the dangers involved." it was not an easy choice but he doubted highly that the man would just let him preform a mind probe as there was little in the galaxy more sacred than ones mind. In the end he needed allies and couldn't turn away a potential valuable one in a clone commando

| The Clone Commando nodded lightly, in agreement with Trask. It was because Trask have had made a good point about clones and Jedi supposed to be enemies since the day that Order 66 were executed throughout the galaxy. However, what the Jedi might or might not know is that clone commandos has far more abilities to be independent than regular clone troopers. This is the reason why the Clone Commandos were considered among the elitist warriors in the galaxy, and the reason why Anubis' squad was able to refuse to carry out an order that would exterminate Jedi Knights everywhere. The man had paid a heavy price for it, every single member of the squad were killed and even the Jedi he was trying to save ended up saving Anubis' life instead. The Jedi had mumbled something about Anubis' destiny and that he should walk a separate path from the rest of the clones. The Clone didn't understand what the Jedi meant by his destiny. He was a man that believed in controlling his own destiny, perhaps that's what the Jedi meant. That he meant Anubis should choose his own path and not let the other clones chose it for him. "I was the squad leader, and I specializes in several things. I can fly in combat. I can use a sniper rifle to kill someone. I can set up explosives for it to blow up something or someone specifically. I can fight on the front lines and gun down multiple enemies. The only thing I cannot really do is to hack computers." Anubis cleared his throat before deciding to move on to another subject. "You're forgetting one thing. Clone Commandos are trained to be far more independent than those that you commonly see on the front lines. It is because of this that I am able to recognize what's happening in front of me and what's really happening. Thus I was able to see through the Emperor's lies." The Clone was trying to convince the Jedi that he came to form an alliance, and not to lure him into a trap. The Jedi was indeed correct on the mind probe thing. While Anubis is a friend of the Jedi during the Clone Wars, he didn't like the mind probe thing a bit. The Dark Acolytes had attempted to use it on him a couple of times, and for that reason alone, he would refuse. "I apologize, but I wouldn't wish my brain be probed. It has been attempted before and I do not wish to go through it again." This may not bode well for Anubis, and he very well knew it. "Have you heard of a failed rebellion on Mygeeto a while ago? I was leading the resistance, trying to liberate the world from the Empire. You probably wouldn't believe me anyway because the Empire's pretty good at covering something like a rogue clone on the loose. Is there any other way I could prove to you?"

| Trask nodded. "I understand the refusal your mind is sometimes the only thing someone can't take from you and to have it invaded is unwelcome in the best of circumstances." he had only suggested as an initial point. "Trust is a tricky thing in this situation. So, I guess the best thing to do is to trust my own gut instinct and see where it leads." the force was probably behind it but something told him that the man was being honest even though he wouldn't let himself leak out into the force, not yet anyways. He would extend his hand out deciding to throw caution to the wind one more time. He had just defeated the empire on Tiroth by doing this, perhaps he could deal them a second defeat by doing it again. By risking it all on gambits and leaving himself with nothing to lose and everything to gain. He was backed into a corner because he knew he couldn't go it alone and here was a potentially valuable ally a clone commando someone whose skill was definately needed in this type of fight. "I've served with Commandos before and if you are honest about your intentions then I would be honored to have you as an ally against the empire. Trust..well wont come immediately but we will just have to work together until we are certain the other can be trusted." He seriously doubted the man trusted him either but atleast this way they could possibly do something constructive with their mutual distrust.

| "Believe me, the feeling's mutual, Jedi." Anubis would slowly and casually reach for the helmet as not to startle the Jedi. The helmet was put on his head, then the Clone would reach for his DC-17m assault rifle. The rifle could be adjusted into several different kinds of weapons, like a pistol or a sniper rifle. This was his favorite weapon, as it can be used in any situation. Once he had the assault rifle in his hands, he looked at Trask for a moment before speaking. "Well, do you have your own transport or do you want to hitch a ride inside my y-wing?" Anubis used his thumb to point at the y-wing behind him, "You might want to abandon that Jedi fighter of yours, it's gonna attract a lot of unwanted attention." The clone was assuming that Trask came to Lok in an Eta-2 Actis-class light interceptor.

| Trask suddenly felt multiple flash backs all at once. The clone troopers behind him putting on their helmets and checking their gear for insertion by the LAAT's that were descending upon the drop zone. Then above some back water planet, himself behind the controls of a Eta-2 firing away at several droid starfighters as the Venator Class Star Destroyers engaged the Lucrehulk core ships before they could dock with the Rings. "I haven't been in the pilot's seat of a Eta-2 since the day before Order 66 was issued." he said in an almost abstract tone shaking himself out of it quickly, though. "How do you feel about a little infiltration mission?" he asked lifting his eyes to look where the clone commandos eyes would be though he couldn't see them through the helmet.

| The Clone would chuckle, "I think it'd be fun, especially for someone like me. What do we need to do?" Anubis spoke as he turned around, tossing the blaster rifle over to land on the back seat of the y-wing. His head turned enough for Anubis to see Trask from the corner of his eyes, "You up for a ride on this old gal?" The Clone would then climb up the ladder, and once he got to the top, he jumped onto the pilot chair. This kind of missions made him remember what he did with his squad during the Clone Wars. The time were different though, and it was only a Jedi Knight he'd be taking along with on this mission. For the past decades, he had been moving from local resistance to another. He had tried to contact the Socorran Resistance, and had received no response from them. Right at the moment, the Jedi would be his only ally. "Well Jedi, are you gonna sit your arse in the chair behind me or are you gonna hitch a ride of your own?"
