It was a promising request to say the least, another resistance group offering to help General Tenko fight the Empire on Naboo. It would be useful if he could get more materials than what he had. Even a ship or two would be useful to act as a small pirate strike against Imperial supply ships. Tenko waiting silently as a proper place for the meeting was set up. A small open area beneath massive trees in the swamp. A simple table with chairs where set out as Tenko sat quietly. Around him where guards from his group, each of them keeping an eye out for any kind of ambush, or the Imperials, as well as keeping a watchful eye on the ones that where coming to offer aid.

Mika decided to hitch a ride on a refugee transport, listed as one of the refugees under a name of Donna Keens. A false name, obviously. The transport had taken her to Naboo. Upon arrival, a contact had informed her to meet General Tenko at the swamp some distance from Theed. Instead of taking a landspeeder herself, she decided to take a more discretionary route. One that would give her a better chance of losing her pursuers, if there is one at all. She was dressed as a smuggler. Indeed, she had changed herself from a simple, poor refugee with ragtag clothing to one that's a fair-equipped smuggler. A Model 434 blaster pistol was attached inside the holster of the belt she was wearing at the moment.

Mika and a couple of soldiers posing as Mika's partners in smuggling hitched a ride in a cab. After some time of driving, they stopped about a mile from the meeting at the swamp. The trio would pay the driver extra and extra credits to keep his mouth shut, as not to arouse any suspicions that they were going to Gungan territory. After paying the driver off, they got off and walked the rest of the way. Yeah, the whole mile. Along the way, they saw a lot of interesting creatures. After some time, they had eventually reached the meeting spot.

Well, they stumbled upon one of the guards patrolling the nearby area. Mika would tell the Gungan her and her soldiers' identities so that hopefully they'd be able to move on to the meeting with General Tenko of the Gungan Resistance.

The patrol stopped the group, two of the Gungans keeping their weapons on the three as a third approached them. He looked at each of them as he noticed the holsters. Reaching for each and releaving them of their weapons before sliding them into a bag. "You'll have them returned after the meeting." The Gungan moved to the other two as he took their weapons also before the patrol lead them into the swamp. It was a bit further in from the edge where they were found. The patrol stopping at a small clearing that had a table with a Gungan sitting at it. The leader of the patrol stepping to the table before setting down the bag of the weapons as he saluted before stepping away. Tenko opened the bag as he took out each weapon, looking over it as he motioned to the chair in front of him.

"Please sit." He looked up for a moment before looking back down as he looked at the weapons. "You contacted me about an alliance. What is it that you can offer to my army."

The aide would be disappointed at first once she saw the weapons had to be taken away from themselves. She understood why the Gungans did it. The Libs would have done the same thing if they were hosting a meeting and didn't want to threaten the lives of their secret leader. She wasn't really disappointed that their weapons were taken away. It was the fact that they would be left unarmed should things get out of hand. Mika would let out a heavy sigh, sensing that she should trust the fact that this is a meeting for a possible ally, not for a possible enemy.

Then the lady would speak out an order, "Keep your eyes open. Now, back away." The guard duo would nod back as a response to her order, moving back far enough to give both sides of negotiating table some space. Mika looked back at the Gungan General. She has various non-Human allies inside and outside the Libs, but none of them are Gungans. This would be her first formal interaction with the Gungans. She wanted to stay on her best game in order to complete this newest mission for her rebellion.

She nodded back at the General out of courtesy, and then she proceeded to walk over to sit down on the chair across the table from him. "It's pleasure to finally meet you in person, but as I can see, you likes getting right to the point. I can work with that." The lady had to clear her throat before speaking once again. "The Libs know a few suppliers. We can get the supplies to you, or I can have them come to you with an offer. We have vehicles, weapons, and starfighters that we could either assist you with or provide you with. The Libs' spy network is spread throughout the galaxy, thus we can provide you with the latest updates in the Imperial activity on Naboo. The troops can be on some sort of loan to your resistance, temporarily fighting for you."

Mika would stop speaking to let herself a moment to breathe, and to allow General Tenko some time to respond to her offer.

Tenko listened closely as he looked up, his hand still on the weapon before he brought it up. In a swift movement he pulled the trigger, the blaster bolt striking just behind one of the woman's guards, only to have the body of a snake fall onto his shoulder and slid off. "Hmmm, this is no good, no good at all. This weapon fired nearly one meter below where I aimed." He looked back to the woman as he looked at the blaster in his hand as he began to take it apart, putting it down as he looked at the components and began to slowly tweak and fix them as he looked at the weapon before putting it back together. This time aiming at the same spot he had before and watching as the bolt struck where it was supposed to before he set it down and slid it across the table to the young woman.

"The Gungan Resistance Force has already taken enough of a risk just by speaking with you. Having us speak with another group to get supplies would just be foolish, even more so if they decide it was in their best interest to tell the other side of our actions. Any weapons, ships, vehicles that we gain will be from you directly. As for your speaking of having some of your troops fighting for us, while it is generous, we would not need that. We have a large force already, yet, it could be possible to persuade use to accept a few troops that are experienced with stealth missions."

All of sudden, Mika and the two guards tensed up when the General fired a shot. An automatic reflex, an unnecessary one at its best. The gungan had killed a snake, and apparently wanted to test their weapons. In a strange way, he was making himself look more like an ally than an enemy. He had modified the blaster to be more accurate. Thus the trio began to relax a little bit. The lady looked down at the blaster that had been slid across the table to her. She opted not to take it back into the holster, to do so would possibly be misinterpreting her act as a hostile one. At least not at the moment.

"That's completely doable, we can supply you directly. Yes, the Libs specializes in stealth. We definitely could help you out in that expertise. We could simply fight side-by-side. The Libs are going to need help in fighting against the Empire. You're going to need help fighting against the Empire. If we are going to liberate the galaxy from the Empire one day, we should work together."

He looked at the two other weapons, picking them each up as he looked at each. His eyes moving over each of the weapons as he placed them across the table. Tenko thinking for a moment as he thought on the offer before looking towards the patrols that continued to move through the area. The others keeping a perimeter as they stood silently and nodded to their general. Tenko stood as he motioned with his hand to have Mika stay seated as he walked over to four other Gungans, his majors as he spoke with each of them as they nodded, a few words spoken before he turned back. Tenko take a seat once more as he spoke with Mika again.

"My Majors believe that it is for our best to accept this alliance. We will be able to accomplish much. Our first request though is for access to a ship. We believe that if we can have access to a ship, we'll be able to start up Pirate operations to hit Imperial cargo ships to bolster our capabilities."

The lady would continue to study the gungan as he was looking around the area. Then she would nod once the General motioned for her to stay seated. No doubt he was going over to ask his men to advise on the current proposal. She'd ponder on another offer just in case the gungans doesn't accept her leader's proposal. She didn't have to, though. Especially when Tenko came back and told her that they were going to accept their offer. She had let out a sigh of relief, the Libs had secured a second alliance. This would be a step forward for the resistance, as it would be for the gungans.

"I'm sure we could get a hand on a ship for your men to use. What kind of ship do you seek?"

Tenko thought on it for a moment as he looked to the woman. His hands coming together as he rest his chin on his hands, thinking yet again as he kept his attention on her. "For the moment we would need a ship that wont bring too much attention, something that would look helpless, yet can strike at a moments notice. The weapons of course would be hidden with in to be activated when needed." He looked to her as one of the guards came over, speaking to him as Tenko nodded before he looked back to Mika.

"It would seem that the patrols are getting worried about the Imperials finding us if we stay here too much longer."

The lady nodded once again, "Sounds like you need a modified ship. I'll make sure we get you a ship as soon as possible." Then one of the gungan guards came over to the General, whispering into his ears. Mika knew right away something was up. She had a feeling that Tenko would tell her, and so he did. "Then we better conclude our meeting. I believe we've covered everything for now, have we?" The aide slowly reached for her blaster as not to startle the gungans, and grabbed it so it would be put back into her holster. Her soldiers wanted their weapons back, but Mika would order them to wait until the gungans leave.

"We'll contact you the moment we acquire a ship for your resistance." Mika spoke under the assumption that the meeting was finished, but remained in her seat just in case the General has something to add.
