| The last place the Cronese Mandate was likely to look for anyone was in the Mandate's space. While they were sure to have ships patrolling their borders and even a number of their more important planets defended, the Panna System was more of a 'free' system, consisting mainly of pirates, outlaws, traders and prospectors who likely minded their own business and let people do their own thing, as long as it didn't endanger anyone. Here, the Mynocks posed as free traders, beginning to make their way into a circle of friends within the system.

Some time had passed, and the Mynocks, both through generosity at cantinas and talk around gambling dens, had discovered a good number of smugglers, pirates and unsavory types who were more than a little annoyed with certain aspects of the Cronese Mandate government's station at Algor, which by tradition, had been a longtime smuggler's homeworld and a den off ill repute. While people were slow to be willing to work together on such an undertaking, the Mynocks were slowly winning support for a sortie against the Mandate's vessels and stations in that sector.
