Akku was always open to changes, as long as it helped his planet, his people and his economy. As it stood Abregado-San's economy was on the down turn. Had rarely gotten many visitors in the past few years. The planetary civil war's destruction was still seen all over the planet, in the major cities and the small towns, building's hadn't been repaired yet due to the lack of manpower. So this proposal offered by the outsider could be either a blessing or something that could ruin his small planet.

"Okay.... What's the catch? you going to charge interest so high that my planet cant afford it? Going to take stuff from my planet if I cant pay the interest? I know somethings up, just not sure what."

Twist smiled in amusement at the odd planet's odd leader. "Fair interest rate, friend, and to be real with you mate, there's not much on your planet I'd want to take, even if I could. No, there's no catch. My people get to talk to the locals, subcontract out through them for labor purposes, which boosts your economy. You get us to break ground and revitalize this place with some large-scale infrastructure that will draw more business here. You know as well as I do that Abregado-san has been short on everything good since it's civil war. Nobody wants to bring business to a planet where half the buildings have blaster holes and the others are burned out shells. You let us work, friend, and we'll get your economy booming back in no time."
