Proprietor DeShaun clicked on his communicator as the Maurauder-class Corvette of the Peoples Front of Dantooine skimmed into his dock. It was a lonely job out here on the Rim. He made money but not enough to settle down in the core which was his dream, a mansion with those fancy folk on Brentaal would do just nicely. His station was snugly located and provided a secure dead drop location for many mercenaries and bounty hunters, located deep in an asteroid field it hovered low above a stable planetoid fragment, orbited by the millions of other chunks of all sizes. The belt was navigable, and Tramadol Station was well known to outlaw spacers, but not by hyperspace vessels were forced to navigate or blast their way through half an hour of large gravity  wells before they could approach the remnants of the planetoid.

"Unidentified Corvette, state your cargo and destination?" he said checking its transponder against sector law enforcement records, pinging it off the nearest Imperial Station in the next sector, the low priority message would take several minutes over the holonet to get through.

The Corvette would open its communications to the local, the accent was Corellian but with strong overtones of Raioballo origin. "Hello partners, it sure is a fine day to meet y'all out here. We're just here to drop off some containers of um.. things that ain't arms" the voice changed "Were carrying some industrial machinery to be transferred to a freighter outbound to the Twin worlds.

Its weapons were charged down, but on a standby setting, and its shields were active as it skimmed towards the station. They jinked left and right through hundreds of miles of irradiated rocks, their signal being masked intermittently by them as they approached.

The bridge of the vessel glowed occasionally as their shields glowed green from the impact of the ionising radiation in the area, there were massive gamma sources all around, quite lethal unshielded.

Rosh DeShaun was not a man who liked trouble. And an armed corvette could give him trouble. But so could the Imperial Starfleet.. and as the transponder code came back with a danger signal he took out a report with the law enforcement in the area, the nearest world being Dantooine some two hours hyperspace jump and thirty minutes transit via sublight away. The report was filed with the Sector office reporting that the vessel, one associated with the "Red Mynock" pirate group active around nearby Alurion.

"Come ahead and drop your cargo" he said, one of the stations two automated Vulture Droids clicking across the surface of the station and launching, giving the Corvette guidance to a storage area which could not be scanned by Sensors, under cover of the planetoid's radioactive core.

"That'll be five hundred credits per container. Please let us know how many y'all have and I'll have them marked down, got a name for who's going to collect the.. industrial machines? I can take payment in metal or credits, y'all should come aboard here, I been fermenting a rat the past week and it looks like some real good rotgut boys.." the Imperial bounty on these boys could be quite rewarding..

The YV-100 freighter Mist, unknowing that it had been tagged by Line Captain Anderson as a vessel of interest, dropped out beyond the boundaries of the asteroid field that marked Tramadol Station. It was here that the Red Mynocks, and the man assumed to be Shiva, would meet with elements from the People's Front of Dantooine, people they'd worked with before. As they motored through the asteroids, working their way deftly closer towards the station, the pilot opened a communication with the station.

"Tramadol Station, this is freighter Mist from Dantooine, here requesting permission to dock."

The YZ-775 freighter Gloom dropped from hyperspace, followed by the Telgorn dropship Hammer and the JumpMaster 5000 Caliph's Sun. For they moment they held no escort as they wove their way through the asteroid field. Broadcasting still as independent freighters, they made their way closer to Tramadol Station. Requesting clearance to dock, they came in with shields on, naturally, and weapons warm, but not targeting.

The Starrunner-class transport Eternal Optimist appeared on sensors a moment later, navigating its way gracefully through the surrounding asteroids and other debris. Its captain, Zo Pollux, was a well-liked Anx trader of the Riaoballo Sector and a frequent visitor to Tramadol Station. In fact, he'd departed the station a mere 5 hours ago, so it was somewhat of a surprise to see him here again. "Tramadol, this is Pollux," he said in his deep bass voice. "I'm back, Rosh. Had a change of plans and I'm going to need to fuel up. Requesting clearance. I don't need to say 'Please,' do I?"

The Dantooinians deposited their Cargo and paid in a drop of gold before heading off on to Hutt Space to resupply. They would skim past the well liked Anx trader on their way out, but wouldn't attempt to capture his vessel unless it was hostile as it headed towards Tramadol.

Rosh slammed his fist down on the console in frustration as the Peoples Front left, bit of a shame that they'd not been intercepted by the Empire and the bounty given to him.. that said, he'd filed a report so the chances of them using the hot flesh scissors on him was relatively unlikely, he'd given a nod do the law, and the law ignored it. He smiled to see a friendly face inbound.

"Pollux y'old bastard. Hows you're fine lady wife these days?" he said in an affable manner. "Jus fermented a rat if I can interest you?" he said knowing any well liked trader in the sector would love a drink. "Did it in a real fine leather boot a lady left in my pa's house back in Garang when I was a kid, fancy stuff. Distilled it using the urine-recycling system aboard, makes a mighty fine brew. Your normal hangar is still open if you'd like to set down. Reckon we just had some bandits sail through, partner."

He opened the comm, seeing it was the mynocks he added to his report that the whole group had appeared before replying. "Welcome to dock and refuel. Are you the boys to collect the "pause'industrialmachinery'pause" that yonder corvette just dropped off?" he said not wanting any trouble. "Grid 348/832, I can send your navicomp a vector if y'all like? it's irradiated so make sure you're shields up. Not sure why these.. machines.. need so much security, care to let me into the secret son?" he said affably.

The Mist's running lights blinked several times, odd perhaps to a watcher, but upon seeing it, the trio of vessels approaching the station broke off from their approach, falling in behind the Dantooinian vessels and heading out-system on their tail, leaving the Mist as the sole freighter docked. From the freighter, as the People's Front corvette departed, the message to Rosh would be answered. "We'll be accepting that cargo for you, Mr. DeShaun. Name's Jackson, and we appreciate the coordinates. We'll be down there shortly to tractor it up and be on our way. No refuel necessary at this point though. As for the cargo, I'd say the less questions asked, the better."

The Mist backed out gently from the berth it was in, rotated one-hundred-eighty degrees and headed for the coordinates.
