Amneris shook her head. "I don't want anyone to die." She said quickly in response. "Mr. Fowlkes...you said a peaceful protest and now you are talking about impending violence." She wanted to keep the people safe, if nothing else. "I am not sure that I still even understand why you want this so badly." She shook her head and stood up.

"Do you care to walk some?" They were perfectly safe in the house, but the gardens were nice right then, and the air might have been nice. Being away from eavesdropping servants would be nice also.

"I don't encourage violence but the reason I took up arms is because the Empire respond to everyone that doesn't like the New Order with weapons." The Telosian would nod slightly toward Amneris. "Why not? I could use a walk." Tremaine would pull the chair back so he could get up, went over to pull Amneris' chair. "Lead the way."

Amneris would pull her wrap around her shoulders and fall in step with the Telosian. She was quite elegant and graceful in every movement that she made, a natural thing, though it was something that was also taught in finishing school. The woman slipped her arm around his as they walked out to the garden. She was grateful, suddenly, for the laser surgery that Zarc had taken care of for her before he vanished, otherwise Tremaine might have shied away from her when he saw her scarring. It had been ugly, and there were still some remnants that were not taken care of on her neck, arm, and wrist.

She smiled some. "It's gotten a bit chilly here. Do you need a warmer coat? I can have one fetched from the closet. I believe some of my fathers coats hanging in there." Since she was staying in her deceased parents home, it only made sense. When Zarc left, she had left it months after she realized he was not returning, to escape the memories there, and had also signed papers to have the marriage annulled since technically he was gone. Tremaine didn't need to know all of that, but the thoughts were still in her head.

"Anyway, tell me more of your rebellion, Mr. Fowlkes."

Tremaine would continue to walk with Amneris until he was offered a coat. The man nodded lightly, "Sure. Why not?" He didn't like the coat Senator Ray had provided him. But he had to, as far as staying on Dantooine goes. The Telosian didn't hesitate to speak of the rebellion toward Amneris. "Well, I prefer not to think of it as my rebellion. I like to think we're in this together." The lady would see his infamous humble personality that everyone knew about. That part was true when he was being a politician.

"The rebels are called The Brothers and Sisters of Liberation. Also known as The Libs. We go anywhere in the galaxy and do battle with the Empire wherever there are voices screaming for freedom, for democracy. What we want is not a galaxy being run with an iron fist like Emperor Palpatine had, but rather a democratic state where people are free to express their beliefs without fears of repercussions." Now, this was intense and passionate side of his that she would see rather often if she hangs around long enough.

"Domnhail!" She called for the maid, who scurried out moments later with a long wool coat for Tremaine to wear. It was black and tailored, so it would look nice on him.

She listened to him carefully, choosing her words before she spoke to him. "We? I haven't agreed to anything yet, Mr. Fowlkes.' She said as she continued to walk at his side. The idea of a democracy again was desirable, what she knew of it, at least.

"Are you afraid of what will happen? With the Empire should it continue....or to the rebellion that you have started?" she stopped walking and her gaze went to him.

The Telosian grabbed a wool coat from one of Amneris' maids. "Thank you." He simply spoke with a light nod. Then he turned his head to look at Amneris. "No, I was referring to the rebellion. I like to think I'm not the leader, that I'm equal to everyone that's digging for freedom. That's why I said the rebellion isn't mine but for every freedom fighter."

The rebel also didn't hesitate to answer her latest question, "I'm afraid of what would happen if there are no freedom fighter left to have a shot at freedom and democracy someday. The Empire hunts all that oppose their beliefs and ideals."

"You travel the galaxy, don't you? I bet that is marvelous." She said as a small smile tugged at the corners of her lips. The only place aside from Chandaar that Amneris had been was Imperial Center, and that was hectic and short-lived. She hadn't been permitted out, so the only place she had been was the opera, and even then she was kept hidden from sight like she was a leper or worse. The simple truth of it was that she had been too sheltered about the galaxy; to the point where she was not even allowed to watch the news on the holo.

She shook her head and offered him a smile. "I will do what I can to help you, Mr. Fowlkes. I have no reason not to and....I hate to see anyone suffer for any reason."

Tremaine shrugged his shoulders, "Travelling the galaxy has its good days and its bad days." He was right. There's always something happening to him and any of his friends. The Telosian would ponder whether to integrate Amneris Obi the efforts of the Libs would be a good idea. For now, her help was enough. The rebel smiled when she had smiled toward him and confirmed she was going to help him.

The Telosian would caution, "Just remember, the campaign won't be successful overnight. We have a long road ahead of us, and sometimes it can get extremely violent." The kind of war the Libs wages against the Empire could happen anywhere, anytime, anyhow. He wanted the beautiful lady to be prepared.

"I am well aware, thank you, Mr. Fowlkes. Nothing ever happens overnight, it seems, except for the integration of the Empire into the galaxy. That was nearly instantaneous, was it not?" She commented casually.

"I have been worried for the safety of those in the Cronese Mandate over the past year. That is why I took my parents and left, though the talk of war did not come to fruition. It was so widely spoken of. And when Zarcaine left, I worried even more. The representation in the Senate is hardly worthy of the people here and it is much concerning."

Tremaine laughed at the notion that the Emperor changed the Galactic Republic into the Galactic Empire overnight. "Oh, believe me. It takes a lot of planning for the Emperor to get to that point. I may be wrong, but I believed it started before the Clone Wars." The rebel wasn't going to comment on more, because he did not know much more than that. The only thing he knew was that the Empire were slaughtering the Jedi for their beliefs and oppressing millions within the galaxy.

"Then perhaps change should be made. If we can get the Cronese Mandate to advocate for democracy and freedom, it would be a huge step for all of us."

"I wouldn't know, Mr. Fowlkes. All I can comment on is what it seemed like. I was not permitted to read or watch the holo. I am sure you understand that my grasp of the goings on in the galaxy are relatively young." She explained gently to him. Her one brave foray into the political realm had been a mess, mainly because her former spouse had interceded and it never went any further. He was entirely too concerned about her name being slandered to let her do anything.

"I am sure that whatever you have planned will work, you just let me know what I should do and when."

Tremaine nodded, feeling good that Amneris was onboard on this. It'll be a difficult path, but if enough people turned...it'll be a different story. They'll have to wait and see how his plan hatches out. He decided to plant a kiss on her cheeks out of courtesy, "Thank you." That was all that needed to be said.

"Anything else?" He would ask. Tremaine still had some time left, but if she didn't need him, he would use the free time on planning the campaign up.

She rested her hand on his briefly and then withdrew it and shook her head. "No. Nothing else. You're welcome to stay if you wish, though. There is plenty of room." She offered politely. If he wanted to, he was welcome, otherwise he could do whatever he liked. "It is just me and Domnhail in the house after all." Amneris changed course and started weaving her way through the gardens and back to the house.

The Telosian would nod at Amneris. He wanted to stay in the Cronese Mandate for the time being. Tremaine wasn't there to just ignite a rebellion and attempt to instill chaos into the government. The Libs were also there for something else. He wasn't sure if Amneris could complete this task, but she may know people that do. "Sure, I would love to. I need a place to stay for the dration of my stay anyway."

He would remain with the lady, only to bring up a subject that would concurrent with both of his agendas. "So, do you know any politicians that oppose Robeir and Zarcaine?"

"I wish that I did, or could at least direct you to someone, Mr. Fowlkes. I am afraid that I was quite sheltered most of my time here. I've only ever met a few diplomats aside from yourself, and none from the Cronese Mandate. Zaracaine wouldn't allow it, which I understand. He feared too much for my safety, I think." She said gently.

"I will think on it though, and perhaps go through some paperwork and see what I can do. Until then, I will have Domnhail prepare a room for you and supper if you're interested."
