| Tremaine simply nodded at Amneris, "Alright, that sound good." That was all he had to say, in response to Amneris' courteous preparations for his stay in the Cronese Mandate. "I'll see you in a bit." The Telosian spoke with a calm tone, as he would move to go see where his room would be at. "Until the room or supper's ready, I'm going to need a guide."

| Her gaze followed him as he started to walk away, until the man stopped and said that he needed a guide. Amneris offered a small smile and then followed. "It's really not that complex." She said as she glanced up at the very large manse. "On second thought, perhaps it is." A smirk crossed her face as she looped her arm back around Tremaines. It had been quite a while since she had anyone to talk to, so she was enjoying the company.
The thought that this man, this former senator, was some sort of rebel hardly crossed her mind. Though it did linger in the back of her mind so she would remember to ask Domnhail to help her look him up on the holo later. "You know, if Zarc was still around, he would have likely had you arrested for even coming near the property. And that would be bad....since you're dead...." She recalled the brief news story she had read. "I am glad you're not though."

| He would let her wrap her arms around the rebel, moving back into the house. "Well, I could have been dead. I simply used my military expertise to escape." He spoke, remembering the shootout with the stormtroopers back on Chandrila. Tremaine would let a small smile grow on his face out of respect to Amneris. "Did you know Zarc was once in league with the Libs?" He would ask Amneris, wondering if she had known that.

| She walked with him quietly for a bit of time before she finally replied. Her reply would likely not be what he wanted to hear, but the point would be made eventually.
"I loved Zarc very much. It took time because our marriage was arranged, but I did. I suppose that I still do to a point." Amneris explained quietly. "But he did not seem to trust me. He had secrets, I know. But he barely spoke of his past and never spoke of his business. He was preoccupied and overly concerned that my name would be slandered. He was....protective...and I imagine that he did that out of love." She continued. "So the answer is no, I didn't know that. I wish I had."

| "He was probably protecting you from harm. You know what happens to all that support the anti-Imperial resistances." He spoke with a chuckle, as if he knew that all too well. "He probably did it to protect his homeworld from getting razed to the ground. When I was the Senator of Telos IV, I didn't tell many of my true occupation." The Telosian continued to walk with Amneris, strangely enjoying the conversation.
Then he had an idea. Amneris had admitted that she was too sheltered from the rest of the galaxy. Tremaine looked at the lady, "How about you travel with me to show what the Libs are all about and what the Empire are really doing to the people out there?"

| "I cannot imagine that you would have told anyone, Mr. Fowlkes. It would have gotten you killed." She pointed out, though it should have been obvious. "I know that he was, but....I wish that I had more experiences with travel and such. One day, perhaps." And part of her really did miss Zarc, but he had made his choice and she accepted it.
And then Tremaine asked her his next question.
"You want me to travel with you? Oh, I am not sure that is a good idea. Do you? I know nothing of any of it." Amneris said as they continued walking. "I mean, that is not to say that I would not love to. I just would hate to be a burden."

| "If you're going to help me with rebelling inside the Cronese Mandate, then you need to see what the Empire are really doing to their own people. Only then, you'll truly understand what you are fighting for." Tremaine believed that it would be a good experience for Amneris. "So what do you say? It'll be quite an adventure."

| She thought his offer over carefully for several lingering moments before she turned to him. "I suppose it would be a good experience. Adventure, I am not so sure of, Mr. Fowlkes. When do you intend on leaving for your trip?" Amneris asked, as she would need to know how much time she would need to make arrangements.

| "Well, the sooner, the better. I'm needed back at the base of operations. We're meeting about where to combat the Empire next, as well as recruitment efforts." Something big is going on. The Libs are attempting to pull everyone from Tatooine and Kaer back so they can start fighting effectively again. That is why Tremaine was so eager to leave Cronese Mandate for the time being. The Libs would return, when they are ready.
"There's enough time for you to pack, but before you leave, do you think it's possible to find other rebel elements in the Mandate?"

| "Mrs. Kuriyoshi!" Domnhail called out, her voice cutting through the evening air. She was moving quickly towards them and thrust a data pad in Amneris' hand as soon as she reached her. "The footman saw it. We thought you needed to see it right away."
Carefully, Amneris untangled her arm from Tremaine's and took the datapad to read the article. She frowned and read it again. "Forgive me, Mr. Fowlkes. It appears I will not be able to accompany you anywhere. I need to get to the Revyia System as soon as possible. Domnhail, could you arrange it?" The woman scampered off, leaving Amneris with the datapad and the rebel.

| Tremaine would watch as Amneris scrambled to get herself prepared for whatever it is that had her alert. "Let me accompany you to Revyia System. You never know what's going to happen." Tremaine would offer his services to the lady. The rebel wanted to see what was really going on. If it hadn't appeared in the HoloNet yet, then Amneris may only know this. He'll have to check the HoloNet for any news.

| She offered him a kind smile. "I could hardly ask you to do such a thing." She said politely as she handed him the datapad in case he might want to read it. "You are entirely too kind though." Amneris had a million things running through her mind at the moment. Even if Zarc didn't want anything to do with her anymore, she at least felt that she deserved an explanation as to why. Why had he left without so much as a word or a note? Sure, the article said that he had said it was for her safety, but why couldn't he have just told her that? Or why could he have not taken her with him? Surely she would have been safe with the guards and him. More so than on her own with just the couple guards she didn't know and Domnhail.
"I know how horrible this timing must be for you, but I have to know. I'll give him a divorce if that's what he wants...or never look for him again....but I just deserve an explanation, don't you think?"

| The Telosian nodded, Amneris was right. She does deserve an explanation. "I agree. You do need an explanation. But if he wanted to talk to you, why would he speak to a reporter instead of you?" Something felt fishy about all of this. He wasn't going to lose who could be a valuable asset for the Libs' future activities in the Cronese Mandate. "If he wanted to talk, he would have simply contacted you directly."
Tremaine cocked his rifle as if he was preparing for the worst, "It's up to you, but I don't think you should go to former Senator Kuriyoshi. At least not yet."

| Amneris frowned as he spoke. "Perhaps he is just.....afraid of upsetting me further?" She said, though he was correct and she was just grasping at straws. He could have just contacted her himself, but he didn't. He didn't make any attempt.
"I am going to try anyway, Mr. Fowlkes. It can't hurt....not anymore than it already has."

| "It would be better if you have me at your side. I worked with him before, he's extremely paranoid. There's no telling what he might do." Then the Telosian would gesture for Amneris to lead the way. In his heart, he knew there was going to be nothing but trouble. There's a reason for the downfall of the relationship between former Senators Fowlkes and Kuriyoshi.
He wasn't going to do anything just yet. The rebel wanted to wait until Amneris was ready to lead the way.
