Plooma News Network joins Alliance News Network
Today marks an eventful and happy day for the Alliance News Network as the local Plooma News Network, which is the largest news network in the Plooma System of the Dominion Federation, has signed an agreement today with Alliance News Network. The agreement effectively brought Plooma News Network into a joint partnership with Alliance News Network. Many of you Dominion Federation citizens may not realize this, but the Alliance News Network is not just a single News Network. At one point in time it was like Plooma News Network, a singular large news station that handled much of the news for the Revyia System. However, it joined with other large networks and formed the Alliance News Network, which covers and broadcasts the news for the whole of the Dominion Federation.
The Alliance News Network welcomes the Plooma News Network into its family of broadcasting stations and hopes to see great things from its anchors and personnel. All of use here at Alliance News Network are happy to see new faces join us in bringing you, the citizens, the news.
Arrest Warrant issued for Mr. Stark
In a stunning display from the Judicial Branch of the Dominion Federation, an arrest warrant was issued today by the presiding Judge for Mr. Stark. In recent history Mr. Stark was accused of selling subpar equipment which resulted in the injury of Dominion Federation, along with a ban and recall of all his products. Today however a High Judge has just issued the following Arrest Warrant for Mr. Stark.
'Mr. Stark is hereby wanted by the Judicial and Law Enforcement Branches of the Dominion Federation for the following charges. 1. The selling of hazardous equipment to a civilian populace. 2. The injury of Law Enforcement Personnel. 3. The Death of Law Enforcement Personnel. 4. The injury of a Minor. 5. The Attempted bribing of an Dominion Federation Official.'
When questioned about the stunning issue of the warrant, the presiding Judge had this to say.
"Mr. Stark willingly sold equipment that was marketed as being of sound and reliable quality, however, in the end, his products where subpar and dangerous, resulting in the loss of life, and severe injury of others. Furthermore, Mr. Stark has refused to apologize for his cold heart and ruthless remakes made against the law enforcement personnel who died in the line of duty while using his products. Then shockingly, Mr. Stark attempted to make a deal with an Official, claiming to willingly make a public apology in return for agreements which in the end would likely only benefit Mr. Stark."
Peace between Lorrd and the Auril Sector
You aren't the only ones to be surprised Citizens, and yes you are hearing this correctly. Peace has been, for the moment, established between the planet Lorrd and the Auril Sector. While the details of the peace treaty are unknown, what is known is that it seems that the Auril Sector gained more ground than the planet Lorrd. It is not surprising, as in the past Lorrd has proven to be more capable of fighting against those that can not protect themselves, than those that could raise a fist or two. You'll remember that the War was originally declared by the Auril Sector over the genocide happening on Lorrd, which in the process claimed the life of a Tionese blood relative of a Commodore Cynum, who stood up against Lorrd and its rulers for the child that his cousin lost.
While at this moment peace reigns between Lorrd and the Auril Sector, it is unclear how long this peace will last. There are many factors which could bring up a new salvo of shots between the two governments. Lorrd has lost its appearance of power, and may open a new conflict just in an attempt to regain that lost appearance. The Auril Sector made out strongly and may open a new conflict of honor for more riches and glory for its forces.
At this moment however peace reigns, although it is fragile at that.
