I also request an unspecified number of freighters contracted by RimCo, never to be used for combat purposes (thus I'm hoping it's not necessary to really list them).

In terms of ground forces, I'd like to request an "officer corps," again made up mostly of ex-military from Brentaal and Anaxes, of about 80 men total. They're referred to as an "officer corps" because, basically, they're given access to money and weapons (mostly Republic surplus weapons, like DC-15S carbines and DC-15A rifles) and told to assemble their own forces—of mercenaries, natives, etc. Thus, who these forces are and how much they're paid (if anything) varies quite a lot, but supposing each officer has marshaled 100 or so troops (this number would also vary, of course), the total ground forces would be about 8,000.

So in terms of martial forces, I'm requesting about 9,024 (of which—again, because of the variable nature of the ground forces—only 1,104 of which would have a regular salary). Including the business side, with administrative people, accountants, prospectors, etc., the company would be around 10,000 people total.

(I want to be clear, by the way, that I don't intend any of these forces to ever be combined together with Brentaal's forces. That is, I'm not trying to sneak these ships into back door, so to speak, by requesting them for a separate company that ends up being an organ of Brentaal. That's not my plan at all, in fact I plan to hand off this company to another RPer as soon as it's set up, or to another character if I can't find anyone interested. So yeah, just wanted to assure you of that).

Now, the holdings/territory. As I mentioned in the last request, RimCo would have been busy these last couple months or so bringing in investors, buying a fleet, buying property, etc. (I haven't RP'd this out because, frankly, RPing the purchase of mining rights, etc. is kind of tedious for both sides, I think. However, I do intend to RP the more interesting part—the exploitation of these planets—as we go on from this request). So, with these efforts in mind, I request that RimCo have purchased, leased, or otherwise acquired the following:

■ A regional headquarters and mining operations on the planet Derilyn, in the Elrood Sector. Also, mining rights and "administrative rights" (by "administrative rights" I mean, basically, the company runs the planet with the Empire's permission) to the planet Berea, also in the Elrood Sector. You will see on Wookieepedia that these places are listed as locations of a company called Imperial Mining, Limited. I'm not contradicting the canon, mind you, but instead setting up a history for this Imperial Mining, Limited becoming the name of operations on Derilyn, Berea, etc. that RimCo sells to the Empire at some point in the future, possibly because of bankruptcy or some other interesting thing to be RP'd.

■ An important regional headquarters on the planet Sluis Van, in the Sluis Sector. It would be from here that much of the accounting is done and many of the ships are based. Also in the Sluis Sector, mining rights and/or administrative rights to various gas giants and moons in the Agora System, the Almar System, and specifically the moons of the planet Denab. You'll see on Wookieepedia that nothing is really listed about these systems at all, thus why I'm not listing these gas giants, moons, etc. by name.

■ Similar rights to gas giants and moons in the adjacent Tantra Sector. In most of these and the above cases, especially with gas giants, RimCo wouldn't have really done anything with these planets and moons at all, at this time (since it's still starting up). However, some would indeed be in business, with mining operations on strictly uninhabited planets and moons just beginning to turn a profit for RimCo.

■ 5 Pelta-class Frigates and 24 V-19 Torrent Starfighters (crew: 1,024)
