Company Consolidation Request

| I would like to Consolidate all of my Moffs Companies together. This would in turn create a single Company, with the others acting as Subsidiaries to the large Parent Company. Some of the Subsidiaries would have their own Subsidiaries beneath them if needed. The Finished product would look like this. This would also take in consideration future purchases of other companies by my Moff, which would be placed as either a Subsidiary to the Eos Productions Corporation Parent Company, or as a Subsidiary to one of the companies under the Parent Company.

The Aqua Fontis Corporation harvest large amount of water from water worlds to be sold to drought worlds, or worlds like Cona where the people need the water. This company strictly supplies liquid water only, leaving the Ice Mining operations to their parent company Glacial Mining.

I'd also like to request the expansion of the following companies, to the following worlds.

Thrug II - Kibilini Sector
Kabaira - Bajic Sector
Vergesso Asteroids - Bajic Sector
Stend VI - Sarin Sector

Neftali - Kibilini Sector

As Wookieepedia doesnt give a location for the Xerrol Corporation Headquarters, I'd like to request it be located on the Moon of Gall, the Sector Capital of the Cadavine Sector.
I'd also like to request the complete Separation of the Mensix Mining Corporation from the Mensix Corporation, causing the Mensix Mining Corporation to be a full Subsidiary of the Eos Mining Company since Darres already owns the Mensix Mining Corporation and its facility on Mustafar

| Insofar as we managers are meant to assure a certain amount of realism in the RP, I feel I need to insist on a few conditions to this. Namely because I doubt that in every one of these cases the company in question will be okay with this merger. A merger, after all, will inevitably involve personnel changes that are bound to be resisted by vested interests in these companies, whether management, labor, or both as the case may be. These concerns would be exacerbated, I think, by the fact that these companies are conspicuously being merged into Moff Verilia's own company, leading many to question, no doubt, whether it's necessary or, rather, simply for Moff Verilia's convenience. When people's jobs, salary, benefits, etc. are at stake, this sort of thing is bound to come up.
So while I do vote to APPROVE, I approve only with these conditions:
Xerrol Corporation
As a renowned company of smiths and artisans who fashion specialty products, I imagine the Xerrol Corporation being especially resistant to becoming a subsidiary of an obscure (and 1 week old) Cadavine Sector mining company. It's hard for me to believe any of the other shareholders or directors would consent to Moff Verilia's proposal, and even with his controlling interest in the company, a supermajority is unlikely to be achieved. I see the proposal being rejected and the board of directors being quietly wary of Verilia's intentions from this point on.
(Also, it would be a bit of a coincidence if the Xerrol Corporation, which Verilia was induced to acquire, just happened to be located on his own sector capital. A bit too much of a coincidence, in my opinion. And if its headquarters are elsewhere, as I suspect they would be, I think it would strenuously object to them being relocated to Gall).
Nemlor Minerals or Mensix Mining Company (I'm not particular)
One or the other of these companies, I think, should also resist being arbitrarily merged under Moff Verilia's other company. However, with Verilia having full ownership, the deal will go through if he wants it to. But I suspect a large number of employees would resign in protest of the personnel changes that are bound to result from the merger (without personnel changes, redundancy and inefficiency would occur). The company would suffer a hit in the market as a consequence of this, causing further drag on Verilia's funds, a large amount of which have already gone to rebuilding damaged foundries (Mensix), building/buying droids and equipment (Glacial Mining Co.), etc.
Whichever one of these you choose, the other would go along with the merger obediently because I don't want to cock-block your entire request. But finally, with regard to the "expansions," I'd like to state the caveat that these expansions are in progress and could potentially be disrupted by circumstances in the RP. I don't have anything in mind, but while I approve of the expansions it does seem that some "margin of error" should be allowed for things to not turn out as planned. After a certain amount of time, say 2 months OOC time, I'd be willing to consider the expansions complete.

The Mensix Mining Company will become its own standing Company with out any ties to the Mensix Corporation that founded it.
Nemlor Minerals would become a Subsidiary of the Eos Production Company, with their main facility remaining on the planet of Cona.
Of course I understand that the events in the RP would have an impact on the expansion of the Companies to the worlds mentioned. So 2 months in OOC time to allow the Companies to expand to those worlds seems fair.
