I do, on the other hand, have a strong opinion regarding approving the Kiltirin over the Lictor. The reasoning here is that the Lictor, despite being a rather old design, is described as being heavily used by the Empire in this time period to imprison Force Users, with most in existence seem to be fitted to be holding a Force User in at least one, if not all, of its cells. In my opinion, it is a vessel that would be heavily controlled by the Empire at this time, for the purpose of being able to imprison any Force User it captures in this fashion and also to avoid any of it's own Force Users from imprisoned by a belligerent party. If we were talking post-Endor, I'd be open to it being approved, but for now, the Kiltirin being referred to as a scaled-down version of the Lictor, and thus in my mind the commercial variant, I feel this would be the vessel more feasible for Rhygar to get his hands on.

Ok, let me review the changes I made in my head to this to see if it works in with what you all wanted.

I'm dropping:

1x Basilisk war droid
6x HLAF fighters

In return, would the Pursuer-class be more acceptable, having replaced the six HLAF fighters? Just a trade in numbers so overall, the request is lessened by six snubfighters.

I'll need to make a few modifications such as adding particle shielding to the Kaloth ships; otherwise it's rather pointless to use them.

I could always try to snatch a Pelta, but in the meantime, I need a sufficiently large transport ship to work in the meantime.

Orion, is there any way you could see clear to letting me have the Lictor on certain terms, such as removal of the Force-user cells and whatnot? I don't need any transports s[specifically for use against Force-users; Rhygar isn't a bounty hunter after all. It's just the size of the Lictor over the Kiltirin makes the modifications easier and having more room to work with and all.

I don't see how the Kiltirin can't be described as a "sufficiently large transport ship"? Especially if you drop your modifications to it and I, in turn, drop this business about it being stationary.

Well, slightly less impressive than the Lictor. I'll rework the modification list and resubmit it for the Kiltirin.

So if I understand correctly the following is APPROVED:

■ 4 Epicanthix lieutenants
■ 1 Kiltirin-class dungeon ship (modified)
■ 2 Kaloth-class battlecruisers (modified)
■ 24 HLAF-500 Starfighters
■ 2 KR-TB 'Doomtreader' transports
■ 6 Pursuer-class enforcement ships

I'm going to go ahead and close the thread, but if I've missed something here send me a PM and I'll open it up again. I think I'm a lot more tired than I feel and I suspect I'm missing some minor details.
