| I'd like to request a small base on the planet of Lujo in the Core Worlds.
The base would consist of the following
A small structure with a basement, the main building on top being used as a front, a small store that would sell leisure items, wines, foods, furnishings, with most of the funds being used to fun the operations in the basement. In the basement would have a small grouping of broadcast and sensor arrays, as well as jammers and multiple scramblers to keep anyone from tracing the transmissions back to their origin. The equipment for broadcasting would be disguised around the structure to keep it from standing out, or being spotted.

| I vote to APPROVE as long as it's not impossible to ever trace the transmissions. The Mighty Monnok request, for example, stipulated that while it would be impossible to trace the transmissions over the short term, each broadcast would, in fact, permit Imperial slicers to trace it closer and closer to its point of origin. I feel good about that kind of setup, because I'm wary of approving "invincibility" for anyone or anything, even a seditious broadcast. What are your thoughts on this? I mean, bear in mind the Monnok has been around (sort of) for months and the Empire hasn't traced it yet. But the possibility of doing so should be left open, surely?
