| I'd like to request the following ships, a small part of Ralltiir's total fleet, form a "Relief Force" for use to help other worlds in disasters; namely to provide escort for relief convoys, etc. Ralltiir's government would have standing authorization to use this fleet with little or no prior deliberation in order to support an Imperial world in crisis.
