Having cut back on Imperial Forces to boost tax revenue, Moff Winder has few large capital ships.

Auril Sector Fleet (Defensive only)
1x Imperial 1-class (for Moff Winder)
5x Bayonet-class Cruiser
2x Nebulon B-class

Auril Sector Irregulars (Sector Planets Coalition)
A force formed apparently by a coalition of Sector Planetary Leaders, however, actually an agenda by the thuggish Winder to use on border skirmishes without all the paperwork using Imperial Forces in such skirmishes would mean.

Nespis VIII
1x Vindicator-class Cruiser

Space City (Horrible name I know - but its canon)
1x DP20 Gunship

Auril System
1x Bayonet-class Cruiser

Exis Station
2x Marauder-class Corvette

Forscan IV
1x Guard-class Heavy Lifter (Military Variant) with compliment.

Manfred Winder

I don't know why I thought this was so complicated or dragged my feet on it for so long. Now that I actually sit down with it I realize I didn't even really have to sit down with it, it's quite simple. I APPROVE of the following:

Auril Sector Fleet (Defense Only)
1 Imperial 1-class Star Destroyer
4 Bayonet-class Light Cruisers
2 Nebulon-B Frigates

Auril Sector Irregulars (Sector Planets Coalition)
1x DP20 Gunship (Nespis VIII/"Space City")
1x Bayonet-class Cruiser (Auril System)
1x Guard-class Heavy Lifter (Military Variant) with compliment. (Forscan IV)

The reasoning; as far as I can tell, "Space City" is the only notable thing about Nespis VIII, which is why I'm considering the planet and the city, "Space City" that is, to be essentially the same here. Also dropping the Vindicator from either the planet or "Space City" because I see no reason to speculate that "Space City" would be capable of fielding a ship of that scale. "Space City." As for Exis Station, Wookieepedia states that it's uninhabited. Unlike, say, "Space City."

Sorry again it took me so long to post on this, I must have "spaced" out.
