Defensive Items for Lorrd

| Lorrd is listed as being considered as a 'great repository of academic knowledge.' As such, it is easy to assume that a number of rich and influential families could very well send their offspring to Lorrd for higher and prestigious education. This factor, coupled with the Lorrdians' history of being slaves for some time, leading to what could safely be assumed as anti-slavery beliefs, is what leads me to this request:
Despite Lorrd's proximity to the Veragi Trade Route, although not being directly on it, I would warrant Lorrd as being capable of having:
1x Cardan IV space station as a primary static defensive platform that can cater to the Imperial Starfleet in the Kanz Sector.
24x Z-95 Headhunters
4x Gozanti Cruiser
These ships would form the Lorrd Customs and Anti-piracy fleet for Lorrd, specifically used daily to assist and intercept contraband and illegal activities.
Considering the reinforcements said Cardan station is allowed to call in, the Lorrd Home Defense Fleet would consist of:
1x Vindicator-class heavy cruiser
4x Tartan-class patrol cruisers
