| Since Management approved the design for the C-9979 AKA The Acherin Landing craft, would it be possible to request that the Landing craft that Acherin already employs be converted to the specs given?
Also, I would like to request 2 Nebulon-B Frigates. Only thing is that one would be a medical frigate, so all the weapons and what not would be cleared out. This goes with a future plot after Lorrd is over. Thanks.

| (Acherin's current forces, for reference) - 1 Acclamator-class Assault Cruiser - 2 DP20 Frigates - 1 Lucrehulk-class Battleship (stationary) - Starfighters, compliments, etc. here
My reasoning on this is the same as it was on Acherin's first request (my post is here). Acherin has a strong fleet for a planet of 1 million population, and it's just about right, I think, for a planet of its size to be able to defend itself or go on offense, but not both simultaneously. The Nebulon B's would change that calculus in a way that I think is unrealistic for Acherin (the planet's mineral wealth notwithstanding). I'm also reluctant to approve additional ships until Acherin makes some use of the ships it already has in the RP.
I vote to DENY the Nebulon B's, I'm afraid. Though I APPROVE the conversion, obviously.

| If it's not going to be used for combat purposes, it doesn't (traditionally) need to be requested (for example, freighters belonging to a shipping company; it would be tedious to request hundreds of them). But if it's intended for combat purposes or if you expect it to be used in combat, I don't think I can get behind it. It would mean the crews of Acherin's fleet would be .20% of its population. Doesn't seem a like a lot, but from what I've been able to tell .12% of the U.S. population are active duty Navy or mobilized reserves, and were the Navy translated into Star Wars terms it'd be far more enormous than Acherin's fleet. It's also useful to think of it in this way; the top 50 most populated cities on Earth all have higher populations than the entire planet of Acherin. Even Casablanca (#66) has three times Acherin's population, as does Nairobi (#63). And these cities don't have "fleets," needless to say.
I don't mean to be a stickler here, but Acherin already has a larger fleet than Telos IV (population 1,000,000,000) and Ralltiir (50,000,000,000). These planets are economically similar to Acherin too, especially Ralltiir. This is why I'm reluctant to approve any additional ships for Acherin intended for combat purposes.
