| This character has been side-barred for some time while I've been waiting for any form of play to show and affect either release or rescue or whatnot. I'm petitioning management to come to some kind of agreement in which the character can be played again, if possible.

| The plan was for him to be returned to the Hapes Consortium via an uninhibited border world (the Hapans would be told to expect he was coming) after being pumped for info on Vjun, completely slipped under the radar I'm afraid due to being occupied elsewhere :/.

| No problem, no problem. I understand with how hectic play gets that sometimes smaller things fall by the wayside. By all means, whichever is easier can be done to get him back in action.

| Gemmell has it right. The orders to Gemmell are here, and as you can see are engineered to create a circumstance where Kso and some of the other leaders of the Presidium will be alone on that moon without any Imperials or Hapans around (for a short window of opportunity to rescue them, that is). The fact that some of these leaders want to kill each other is meant to give Kso and possibly Gemmell something to do on that moon in the meantime (Survivor, anyone?). As far as I recall though this has been waiting on Kso's interrogation on Vjun. I'd recommend either that resume or be auto'd and Kso & friends deposited on that moon.
