Rothana, being the outlet of KDY in the Outer Rim would see the a "hole in the market" for a KDY designed "small corvette" which is affordable enough for small worlds to be able to afford it, while having the traditional "look" and Quality of a RHE/KDY Vessel. This would also be part of an attempt to break the CEC Monopoly in this area.

It's awesome. I have no criticisms of it except that it appears to be plainly more than 175 meters. Also, bear in mind there's a lot of Rothana designs out there that are just mentioned without any statistics to them at all (this, for example), and if you want to claim one of those is this you're welcome to do so. No obligation to, however. I APPROVE.

I'm not quite sure the image is appropriate for the design, but I also know it can be difficult to find something that does work perfectly as well. Regardless, APPROVE.
