| Regardless of the actual setup of the GalacticAid facilities, i.e. placement, all facilities will contain as a standard the following things:
- Housing for up to 5,000 refugees. This prefabricated housing will include all amenities in the form of apartments; each apartment enough to support a family of six with decently comfortable living.
- Subterranean food storage for largely non-perishable items. Capable of storing enough food to feed 20,000 for one year.
- 6x Standardized shuttle and freighter landing pads for transport in and out of the compound.
- Medical facility capable of treating 300-500 patients per day if necessary, as well as all the tools necessary to perform major surgeries.
- Walling for the facility, approximately sixty feet high and twenty feet thick of armored duracrete to segregate refugees from the local population.
- Entry and exit into the facility is by two drop gates, one for normal use and one for emergency if the facility must be evacuated.
- Twenty-four automated watchtowers spread out along the walls of the facility to keep the peace and reduce crime. All towers are equipped with stunners.
- Control center where day-to-day business and administration is conducted.
- Subterranean facilities for specialized medical cases such as contagious issues, etc.

| So, just to be sure, this is essentially the set-up you want when ever GalacticAid sets up a facility on a world; correct?

| Correct. It makes it easier to have a base template to work around, since some things may have to be shifted from world to world basis due to space constraints, but this is indeed the set-up.

| Subject to the limitations that a planet might choose to place upon this setup (maybe there are laws on a planet against, for instance, a private organization having watchtowers and other fortifications, etc.), I APPROVE?.

| (Shouldn't've been a question mark there. It was a typo, but I left it there because I thought it was funny at the time).
