Requesting an idea of sorts

Considering the issues with the request for The Citadel before, would the following idea help smooth that out:

The following sites, Bacrana Shipyards, Bahalian Shipyards, Barpine Shipyards, Bothawui Shipyards, Byblos Drive Yards, Contruum shipyard, Gwori shipyards, Gyndine Shipyards, Obulette shipyards, Pri-Andylan shipyards, Selonian shipyards and Tallaani shipyards, in conjunction with Duro Delta Twelve, would produce the bulk of the parts for The Citadel via the guise of different, separate front companies that could take delivery of the starship parts, or even have them blended as parts of other ships, whereupon taking delivery, Citadel's agents would secret the parts or whole ships back to a location (yet to be figured out, as it is dependent upon this request), where it would be assembled into the full ship. Naturally, parts would be taken from Lorrd Engineering as well.

An enormous, far-fetched, generations-long undertaking. Like stealing a beach a grain of sand at a time. In my opinion.

How so, if I may ask? It's not unlike building a Star Destroyer at several different shipyards and assembling it fully at one last one. Especially with so many yards, it would be easy, but it wouldn't avoid notice entirely, at least among some people.

I could give another spiel about resources, positioning, scale at hand, etc. however, I'm going to let Jace handle this one.

I just think we've covered this ground already. We all agreed your ship needs to be built conventionally at a shipyard. A miles-long spaceship isn't an erector set.

Fair enough, fair enough. Any qualms about people buying out smaller shipyards? :P

It's either that or I'm going to have to request some form of shipyard at some point. If that's preferable, we can cancel this request in favor of the other idea I had which involved giving Citadel/Blackfire a static base of sorts. That's a positive and negative on several levels.

Cancel this line of idea, actually. No more input needed.
