I forgot I had a leftover loose end from my long-ago request here.

As the sector capitol of the Kanz Sector, due to its importance, being the 'throneworld' for lack of a better term for a Moff, (a Moffworld? Kidding) as well as for the protection offered from the radiative effects from the solar flares and the sun, I ask that the planet Kelm be granted a planetary shield.

I'm going to have to DENY on this one. It's just not important enough, I think, for the Empire to invest into one, nor does Shirnoq have the influence necessary to force one in.

I also vote to DENY this. I have nothing against Kelm or the Kanz Sector, I just feel planetary shield generators have been given out a bit too loosely and the Sector doesn't meet a minimum threshold of tactical significance to merit having one of these babies.

Let's call this DENIED, so it's somewhat easier for Karth to look at the request forum without crying. But if you have a counter-argument you'd like to make, let one of us know and we can re-open this.
