Stark has put a lot of detail into Lorrd's history, government etc. and created a rich setting for RP. I'd like to join in it, if I may. Before I post a profile I'd like to request a rough outline of the character of Jareth Bowe, Lord of the Frezen Province. (Which I made up since the Kinyov Province is the only one that's listed on Wookieepedia. Frezen is an ancient, ruined city on Lorrd, however.)

The Frezen Province and its capital city of Frezen were punished severely in the Kanz Disorders, the people enslaved, the nobles of the ruling house driven to madness. 3,000 years later, in the decade prior to the Clone Wars, the Frezen Province has never recovered. A barren and desolate land, the population is diminished and the ruling house is a sad vestige of its former self. It is then that rumors spread of a dark family secret. It is a secret that plunges the ruling house into war with itself; immense sums of money are spent on weapons of enormous power, and in the end, all that remains of the ruling house is the "Mad" Count and Countess Lediker Bowe, their only son, Jareth, and a stockpile of weapons of mass destruction.

Intensely scared of his only son and heir being killed in the Clone Wars, Lediker Bowe creates an unlimited expense account for Jareth and sends him away on an "educational tour" of the galaxy. 22-year-old Jareth Bowe journeys the war-torn galaxy, seeing for himself all of its wonders and all of its horrors. He learns from professors as well as from Rhandite Lorekeepers and Gand Findsmen. He uses spice to delve into the inner recesses of his mind on Nar Kreeta, studies the carnal arts on Zeltros, and learns how to fight on Rattatak.

He is called back to Lorrd in the final months of the Clone Wars with the news that the Count Lediker Bowe had murdered his wife and committed suicide, leaving the Frezen Province to Jareth. The secret is at last revealed: during the excavation of one of Lorrd's ancient slave pits almost a decade prior, a vast nova crystal deposit was discovered, leading the ruling nobles to murder one another for the resource rights. With the onset of the Clone Wars, Lediker feared the Republic would claim the incalculably valuable nova crystal deposit for itself, and kept it secret. Now, the war over, Jareth opened the Frezen Province to mining and became one of the wealthiest men in the Kanz Sector.

A recluse, mad with power and traumatized by the murder-suicide of his mother and father, Jareth Bowe, the Lord of the Frezen Province, rules the land from his castle with a nova crystal fist. He no longer belongs to a noble house, but is most closely associated with House Garth, to which he is a generous benefactor.

A slight point of contention, if I may. Established here, at least in brief, was that Frezen is the site of some rather tasty eateries and fine shopping areas, albeit that Frezen and the Frezen Province are 'off the beaten path.' Also, Frezen is home to a zoo, if nothing else.

Granted, I'm willing to go with the rest that Frezen is run down as well, with certain other areas shining out in it (the tourist areas one might say, if that's alright), but I'm also (per talks with the owner of the character) tossing in the majority of Vianist Lorrdians into the Frezen Province.

If that's okay all-round, then we are quite good.

Works for me. Despite having portrayed it as a dismal place, I also intend for it to be a functional province. Eateries, shopping areas, and a zoo. Quite acceptable, especially as it can distract visitors from iniquities elsewhere in the province. Also, yes, I'll change the avatar.

I'm glad you two can play nice and agree on this, but I have some... doubts... about this character. With that said, we've had worse. Unless one of my Management compadres object, I APPROVE.

Looks like it's APPROVED provided the avatar is changed and the unspecified weapons of mass destruction are specified at some point.
