| The Lugubraa are, by their own history, a useful race for laboring and as soldiers. As such, it seems that it would be easy to utilize the amassed miniature fortune that Blackfire operates with broker a deal with one of the 'elders' of a Lugubraa horde to utilize said horde as an army. Granted, numbers will have to be decided upon, but I'm envisioning a ground-type campaign for what I have in my mind. If this idea is actually approved of, then I'll discuss numbers later on in the request.

| I'm favorable to this so far but I think we'll need more details on what it is that's promised to them and how this arrangement was made and why. My sense is it might be too early for this request, however.
