| I would like to request a fleet for the Dominion Federation. However, the vessel that I am requesting, the Giga-class Transport, only has an article stub. For this reason, I would like to request first that the following specifications be entered onto this site as the default specifications for the vessel should other desire to request it as well. The specifications are as follows.

| So, I feel I must vote to DENY the missile variant for all the reasons the Providence-class is typically denied (though, in fairness, yours is a far more reasonable loadout, but nonetheless, deploying them in any numbers would be something of a thread-ender, I fear). I should also give you a heads up that while it's reasonable for the Dominion Federation to have more ships than a single planet would, on account of its territory, the numbers here are a bit out of proportion with what we've approved in the past for similar factions. Seldom is a planet approved even a single Star Destroyer, and considering the Giga-class Dominion "standard" variant is comparably-armed, I can't see more than 2 of them being approved while maintaining any possibility of support ships.
So, with the current stats above, I can see approving of 2 Giga-class vessels total, maybe 3, your choice of either the Dominion "standard" variant or the Dominion carrier variant. However, with reductions in the weaponry I'd be willing to consider proportionally more of them for you. Similarly, 12 Gozanti cruisers is rather a lot, though I am willing to approve more of them than I ordinarily would. As many as 8 of them, potentially.
That's my personal take on it, anyway.

| Okay, I've edited the write up, and removed the missile variants due to the reasoning above about them being potential "thread-enders." I've also edited the Dominion Variant so the weaponry is lesser than being comparably-armed to a Star Destroyer. What is the standing now with the armament being lessened?
Since we forgot to add it in there.

| One other change I'd prefer to see is to perhaps reduce the size to 900 meters—Victory-class Star Destroyer-sized. This occurs to me because a Giga-class liner is seen well inside Coruscant's atmosphere, among its skyscrapers, in fact. While larger ships have been known to be capable of atmospheric flight, I certainly wouldn't attempt what we see in Episode II with a 1,600 meter-long ship. Plus, the Giga-class we see in the film does seem, to me at least, rather smaller than 1,600 meters.
That said, I like the revisions you made, and I'm willing to APPROVE of as many as 4 total Giga-class vessels of the various configurations you mention. I could probably be convinced by Jaron to go with one more, too. I'd say the number of Gozanti cruisers will depend on how many of the Gigas we end up going with. Also, for the record, I'm fine with the Z-95's.
