| I would just like to reopen this previous request, which was requesting an Imperial Berth in the Nara System which was to serve as the Fifth Bombard Fleet's berth, along with the Imperial Headquarters for the Fifth Bombard Fleet to be located on the world of Nara.
I would also like to reaffirm the already approved flagship request
I know it may seem odd to be bringing back this character. However I do feel that more Imperial characters or at least the presence of more Imperial characters are needed on AGW.
