| I would like to also establish another local cell on Naboo, aimed at helping the Gungans and the Nubian resistance combat the Empire.

| This needs to be RP'd out before it's requested. I'm not sure you're aware but even the acquisition of 2 gunboats, a single squad's worth of blaster pistols, and a handful of proton torpedoes has been RP'd out on Naboo lately. You're going to need to put the same amount of work into this one that other RPers on Naboo are doing, I'm afraid. It wouldn't be fair to them to approve all this when they're scratching just for guns and riverboats.
