Senator, it is the understanding of Sand Panther Security that you have recently established a research center outside of Baltimn. It is also our understanding that they are on the verge of becoming a belligerent party towards the New Republic. To counteract this tense situation, we would like to offer our services onboard your station and on any ventures into Baltimn controlled space or onto their worlds.

Mr Karath,

While our fathers have disagreed in the Senate in the past, I would not think of being biased against you or your company. It does appear that our space station has been somewhat threatened by the aggressive posturing of the Baltimn Military of late. And it seems likely that they would not help if a pirate raid occured.

As such, we would like to offer you a lease aboard our Research Institute to be used a corporate office, and a selection of warehouses, barracks and resteraunts will be offered for your use for free.

We would like to contract 200 of your best guards for the next 30 days, if you would be able to provide suitable deployment vessels (Armed shuttles) which can be used in a multi purpose role in the event of piracy or interdiction being required... then I would be willing to pay a premium.

Due to our operations procedure, we would need to bring along command and support personnel. totaling 310. Is this possible? If need be, we can set up barracks for the additional personnel in our transorts that would stay in your hangar.

Good Morning,

We are pleased to see the initial deployment of your forces to our station.

Due to treaty negotiations now agreed, we will be taking up management of the starports of Baltimn to impose a 5% Neimoidian Tax on all Imports and Exports.

We have several missions we need you to achieve.

1. Move to the Starport for the capital and assume control from the local administration. Portmaster Utay and Customs Officer Graalan will be accompanying you, take control of the Control Tower, Tractor Beam Generator and establish suitable means to prevent.. trouble.. in the imposition of the tarrif. This will require a strong anti-aircraft component. Then establish the same with the other 2 planetside spaceports.
2. Establish checkpoints around the port, in order to prevent access to the port for any unauthorised personnel.
3. Establish a secure zone around the starport which should be patrolled by air and by ground.
3. Arrange billeting with the local population for your men, be aware that they are under obligation to provide this and you should select where you like best.
4. Clear land within the secure zone (with Bulldozers if necessary) 800x800 meters space for the future emplacement of the Neimoidian Local HQ (obviously this applies only to the largest spaceport)

General Orders

1. Do not fire on civilians unless necessary.
2. If practicable utilise non-deadly arms.
3. Look to the local population for accommodation, food and other essentials.
4. The Neimoidian Government is to be considered the Sovereign Authority.
5. Relations with the Baltimn Government should be friendly, but the people may be unfriendly.
6. Orders may be issued by the following officials: Officers of the Neimoidian Government, The Neimoidian Portmaster, Officers of the Neimoidian Customs Department, Officers of the Neimoidian Military.
7. Obstructions, Hold ups, Threats and Aggression relating to the operation are not acceptable, they should be removed by any means necessary.
