| Following the change made to this resolution, I vote In Favor of it. I also must publically make my stand with Senator Vanden in concern to Senator Kruus' resolution, in that portions of the Senate still stood with doubts, questions, etc. and the debate was still waiting on Senator Kruus when it was closed. It defies reason that the Baltimn Resolution by Senator Kruus would be closed in a heart beat like it was, but the Ryloth Resolution by Senator Forte that had its debate stalled out and was merely suffering from a childish fight over procedure sat open for weeks.
