President Gavrisom, while his motion was withdrawn, I noticed that earlier Senator Kruss proposed that I serve as the New Republic's Special Observer on Batlimn. Should you wish it, I would like to offer my services as such. Also, should it require any sort of diplomatic effort, I also volunterr and offer my services as a negotiator and mediator.
