I believe I can take over from my friend, Councilor Hague. Chief Fitzgerald, it is good to be talking to you, and this time not while we are at war with one another. Now, to update you on the situation, the Neimoidians are claiming that their actions are legal, which I would, obviously, dispute. They've given us Articles of Surrender, which I can tell you now, we will not sign. As I'm sure you are being made aware, they are claiming a man by the name of Ribaldequin Leiro is of Deralian birth and part of the royal line, and descended from Revan. That, I can tell you, is a falsehood. Their is no man by the this name that is a claimant to the Deralian Throne. There hasn't been anyone on the throne since 25 BBY, during which the selection process was interrupted by debate from the Seperatist Crisis. Since then, the War Council, an advisory body to the Throne, has served as our people's leadership. An interesting piece of information, the actual, true claimant that stands first in line to the Throne, is none other than Colonel Revan Park of your Starfighter Corps, although I believe he is unaware of his standing. And, it is my family, the Tirkan's, and the Park family, that are the descendant of Revan.

I apologize, I'm rambling on about unrelevant information. Here's the point, our world is in the process of rebuilding, finding our identity again, reuniting as a people, etc. Something we need to do on our own. Once we have become whole again, we have considered joining the New Republic, but this kind of strong arm tactic, not to mention deception, is very off putting. Again, we are an independent world, but we ask for your help in this matter, Chief Fitzgerald. If need be, I can send one of our diplomats to speak in your Senate. And I'm always open to a diplomatic summit on neutral ground. Please, respond soon so we know if we're on our own in dealing with this or not.

"We, acting by command of and on behalf of the Despotism of Deralia, the Deralian Userping Government and the former New Imperial (now Deralian) Headquarters, hereby accept the right to rule of King Ribaldequin Leiro, and do acclaim him as our Supreme Sovereign, Ruler and King.

We hereby proclaim the unconditional surrender to the Allied Governments of the forces of Deralia and all Armed Forces under Deralian control wherever situated.

We hereby command all Deralian forces wherever situated and the Deralian people to cease hostilities forthwith, to preserve and save from damage all ships, speeders, and military and civil property, and to comply with all requirements which may be imposed by King Ribaldequin of Deralia at his pleasure.

We hereby command all civil, military, and naval officials to obey and enforce all proclamations, orders, and directives deemed by King Ribaldequin of Deralia to be proper to effectuate this surrender and issued by him or under his authority; and we direct all such officials to remain at their posts and to continue to perform their non-combatant duties unless specifically relieved by him or under his authority.

We hereby undertake that the provisions of the Neimoidian accords will be followed through to fruition, to impose a transition from the Sovereign rule of King Ribaldequin of Deralia to the Parliament of Deralia within 1 standard year.

We hereby command the Deralian Despot Government and the Deralian General Headquarters at once to liberate all Allied Prisoners of War and civilian internees now under Deralian control and to provide for their protection, care, maintenance, and immediate transportation to places as directed.

The authority of the Deralian Government of Usurpation to operate the State shall be subject to the King of Deralia, Ribaldequin I, who will take such steps as he deems proper to effectuate these terms of surrender.
