VicePrex Hirken, I am Endar Tirkan, ranking member of the War Council, which has been the leading body of Deralia since the Clone Wars. We are currently facing an immenent invasion by foreign aggressors, and request any possible immediate defensive aid the CSA could possibly give us. Our world has a history of business with you, and as a loyal customer, we wish to continue to be able to be a loyal customer.
