I'm writing this to myself now because I believe someone should write about all the events that happened between 9 years ago and now. Perhaps this would be made public. but as of now, this is my own personal perspective..and what really happened. Some of those might not belong to any of the events, but merely a perspective on relationship between me and someone else. Here it comes.

The Mon Calamari Expedition

The Mission to Mon Calamari was my first as a Jedi Knight. After recently appointed to the rank, I bravely approached to the Council about volunteering my services to any one of missions posted at the time. I figured that with many of the Jedi preoccupied somewhere else throughout the galaxy, not many has approached the Council. In turn, they had permitted me to get to Mon Calamari to help resolve the conflict between the Amphi-Hydrus that went and settled in an area where they weren't supposed to be. Apparently, that could cause a treaty between the Mon Calamari and the Quarren to fail. I knew that couldn't happen. So I had a trip to Mon Calamari in my dear T-wing. It looked like the Amphi-Hydrus were already causing trouble on the planet. Once I reached the surface...or rather, the sea, I didn't take action right away. I didn't know enough about the Amphi-Hydrus to know what they were really capable from. The reports that the Council provided to me wasn't enough to help me assess the situation. I suspect this is truly a test to see if I could handle things on my own. No matter what the motive they have for me, I still had a job to do. So I asked around to see if I could get more information on the Amphi-Hydrus. Nothing had come up, so I decided to do something that could potentially make things worse. had invited an Amphi-Hydrus to the base to negotiate a peace. I was aware that they had the ability to use the dark side of the Force to manipulate others to do their bidding. So I had everybody else stay out of the room where I would start negotiating with the Amphi-Hydrus. They did attempt to control my mind, but the effort was futile. That was when it was acknowledged to them that I was a Jedi. Right after that, the negotiations began to smooth out. I was able to return to Yavin 4 with the mission as a success.

Darth Novak & Devin Rel'kom

While the so-called "New Sith Order" was established on Druckenwell nine years ago was never a good idea, what was even worse was when the Sith Lord, aka Darth Novak, tried to admit into the New Republic Senate as a Representative to Druckenwell, openly declaring himself to be a Sith Lord. He did not display the usual traits in the Sith when attempting to admit into the Senate. However, he was denied the access out of fear that a repeat of what Emperor Palpatine did years ago during the Clone Wars and during the early stages of Galactic Civil War. The Sith Lord was getting more dangerous by the minute, boldly claiming the remnants of the Separatist fleet were his. There was a Republic task force on Druckenwell, which eventually clashed in a battle with Darth Novak's fleet and the Sith Lord was instantly killed in the process. Meanwhile, his apprentice, Devin Rel'kom was causing all the trouble on Endor where the Ewoks resides. The apprentice was arrested and being put in prison.

I had only recently found out that his thirty years in prison had been reduced to nine years. Which means it's likely that he would be already out, or at least is coming out really soon. Despite what the Jedi Council would say in this matter, I feel that the apprentice must be watched closely. Be it me or some other Jedi, I have a feeling that Devin is going to carry out his deceased master's agendas or rather...his own. We must watch out for him, troubles may already begin to brew. If so, we must be aware of it.

Darth Acheron

I do not know much about him personally, except he's quite a historian like me. I have seen him studying in the library quite as much as I have in his time as a Jedi. I do not believe that the death of his parents was the cause of his fall to the dark side, but rather help guide him down the path. Perhaps he was consumed with knowledge of the Sith, enough to make him believe the Sith to be the rightful path to choose. That is only my guess, I cannot confirm the true reason behind his nature. The reason why he was so bent on killing the innocent Republic citizens, I do not know. It could be insignificant actions to get the Jedi to be aware that such threat does exist. But once Darth Acheron was reported being seen on Nar Shaddaa and Aduba III, it only make me wonder if the Sith was trying to form alliances with the pirates. Simply because he couldn't with the Imperial Remnant? I wouldn't know about it all behind the scenes. If I wanted to find out, I would probably go to a man that was a friend of Darth Acheron and the very same man that killed him, Jace Varitek. I must say I am relieved to see Darth Acheron subdued from the rest of the galaxy.

Jace Varitek

On a related note, Jace Varitek must have been seen as a classic hero only seen in a book by the people of the galaxy. He must have been seen as the poster boy of the New Jedi Order, despite the Order's objections to give special treatment to a single Jedi. I have no objections against it, he's an example to the rest of the galaxy. An example that not all the Jedi has to be like Darth Acheron or Kyp Durron or Havoc, for that matter. That's problem with people nowadays, the discrimination is still very much alive. Once a few Jedi set flame within the galaxy, they branded the rest of the Order as the same as those so-called Sith. Anyway, I have only seen the man once or twice myself. One of those time being in a Council session where I volunteered for the Mon Calamari Mission and Jace being appointed to capture Havoc and then Darth Acheron. In those time I have seen him, he was a calm and not-so-cocky kind of Jedi. He acts like he is not above regular people. The Jedi Knight is a simple man, when he is told to do something. He does it without much objection. That indicates he is truly loyal to the Jedi, but it also conflicts with I was going to say next. Jace Varitek had slain Darth Acheron and brought Havoc back to the light. That wasn't all he did. The rumors has it that he killed an ancient Sith Lord which was also rumored to be the very same Sith that encountered Darth Acheron on Aduba III. That had certainly impressed me, and he had earned my respect and admiration even more than I could give to any single Jedi. Because of that, I had recognized his potential. He was to be a great Jedi Master someday. Even as he had done all those, that should be enough to have him earn the rank of Master. Jace should be glad with that, but without a reason, he disappeared. I do not know where he went, I had asked around within the Order. They do not know as well. I hope to find out why he had disappeared when he had much more in store for him. I hate to be biased, but I would consider Jace Varitek to be a valuable asset that was lost. Only the Force had an answer to why he had disappeared.

Jamulon Desilijic Tiiure

Jamulon Desilijic Tiiure, aka Jamie the Hutt, is a Senator of Dantooine. The Hutts have always been powerful, but powerful enough to become a Senator of Dantooine? What does the Hutts want with the New Republic? That's really slimy, even for a Hutt. I would personally advise the New Republic to keep a close eye on Jamie the Hutt. However, that would make me look like a Jedi who's willing to discriminate a living being. I am not trying to be discriminated, but the Hutts are known to try and get their hand on something important. In this case, what could be so important in the Republic that the Hutt had to muscle his way into winning a Senatorial election? I'm pretty sure the rest of the Jedi suspect as well, but I do not think an investigation would be launched due to several reasons. For the sake of the Republic, I hope someone finds something before it becomes too late. I just have a bad feeling about this Senator. Perhaps it's nothing more than paranoia. Perhaps it's more than mere paranoia. Only time and Force will tell.

Chandrila & Ilanah Thanatos

Ah, the beauty of my homeworld. It was where I was raised before becoming a Jedi. It was place where free speech was highly encouraged. They had a lot of town squares for general people to go in and express opinions on a topic, thus causing discussions to begin. Sometimes it lead to arguments, but everyone was cool with it once it was over. That was because we know how to separate politics from personal. A lot of times, I like to go in and watch the discussions. It really help shape my point of view on the galaxy, even before I became a Jedi. Chandrila was a wonderful place to be raised in. Before I became a Jedi, I worked as a Negotiator briefly. That was before the Jedi discover the Force sensitivity within me, and my potential. I decided to go where the flock doesn't go. Many Chandrilans are negotiators, politicans, diplomats, etc. I choose to be a part of something much more special. Chandrila was great to me and all, but it was time for a change. Now I appreciate the Jedi lifestyle.

However, one person that stands out the most out of all Chandrilans is Senator Thanatos. We knew each other for a long time. We weren't best friends, but we were good with each other. Once in a while, I would contact her to see how she was doing. She would do the same with me. I'm glad she represents Chandrila. There should be more people like her in the Senate.

From T-Wing to X-Wing

I have had a T-Wing Interceptor for a long time, I think I had it even before I became a Jedi. I was alright with engine repairs, which was better than the most Chandrilans. It was having slight problems all over, but nothing too serious when I was travelling all over the galaxy for the missions assigned both by the Council or by myself. Once in a while, the Republic would directly ask me to help them out with a mission and such. It was working alright until the fateful day came about a year ago. While flying back to Yavin 4 from Chandrila for a funeral where both my parents died, I was still in space closing in Yavin 4. The engine all of sudden stalled, and I was unable to start it up again without any proper repair. I had to call the Jedi to tow me in. That was when I had decided to request the Jedi Order to assign me a X-Wing starfighter. Well, that and it cost a lot of money to pay for the engine. For a year now, I've been loving to fly inside the x-wing. It gives me a better seat, and has more manuverability that I could never use as a T-wing. I'm glad I've grown fond of it.

R2-D9

The astromech droid also came in the package with the X-wing. It was not the first time I'd encounter an astromech droid. However, it was the first time I had to work with an astromech droid on a daily basis. At first, the relationsship was rocky. But as the missions goes over the year, we've become good friends despite R2-D9 being a droid. That's what's great about the droid, he would certainly listen while I vent out stuffs. Sometimes, he'd bring up something about it out of humor later. We work pretty well together. There were numerous times he had gotten me out of tight spots with the Imperial Remnant and various pirates looking to capture me. R2-D9 is pretty resourceful. From flying the x-wing by himself to being capable of fighting back with a few weapons being installed inside him. That was all my doing, though. He's all-in-one package kind of guy. I'm glad the Jedi assigned him to me. I get a feeling he's going to be pretty resourceful for me when things get heated up pretty soon.
