Senators,

It seems only right to honour those who have done service to the cause of Justice and freedom.

As such I propose that the new wing being constructed at the Executive Arcology be named the 'Prosperity Wing' named in honour of the Prosperity Alliance and its services to the Economy of the New Republic, as well as its heroical defense of the people of Acherin and victory over the Empire at Acherin.

I also propose that the Primary Conference room in this wing be known as the Eli Fitzgerald Conference room (to make up for his loss of his name on the Strategic Bacta Reserve).

I vote in favor of the Primary Conference Room naming.

However, I vote against naming the Executive Arcology's new wing the Prosperity Wing. I respect the bravery and courage of those at Acherin, and a major statement of planetary rights. However, I believe if we are to honor Acherin...and this being a federal building...it should honor all, and be called the Acherin Memorial Wing.

I second Senator Karath's proposal. I also vote in favor of the Primary Conference Room naming. It is unfortunate that our former Chief of State and current Senator Fitzgerald had to have his name removed from the Strategic Bacta Reserve which, in my opinion, should not have happened in first place. Then again, it is too late to have an opinion on such thing so I withdraw my objection and proceed with the votes.
