Chief of State Gavrisom, While you may be correct in stating you can prosecute me for my views in public, as far as I know, my views expressed in a private letter to you are still just that: private views. Every sentient is allowed to express their own respective views in private and to this end, if I must curtail my words in the Senate, then I can speak freely in private.
I have heard of Blotus the Hutt, and indeed, he is the single distinction of which I know in a case where a Hutt served in an honorable capacity. Of course, during the Rianitus Period that he served, there were no major cases of war or strife. This is not to detract from his service, simply point out that the opportunity for criminal intent was not so easily available. Either way, if it is your wish that I speak less frankly, then so be it.
