| Dustil Sushere, leader of Patriot Defense Services, was sitting on a command chair inside the bridge of the Justice, the lone Protector-class battlecruiser produced by the company itself and was made into a personal warship for Dustil. Justice was being escorted by a newly acquired Morgan-class battlecruiser, Defender. The PDS had purchased it from Corporate Sector Authority. Dustil and his buddies have been in hyperspace for some time now, and would soon get out of it. Once they get out of it, they'll put an attack on an Imperial space station known as NL-1. The space station was located in the Pakuuni system. He had a friend in the pirates within the system and would report the whereabouts of the space station. A squadron of twelve Guardian-class starfighters were also in hyperspace, the reason of this was because Justice had to keep a squadron of twelve IRDs aboard due to their lack of hyperdrive. The IRDs would be launched once they get out of hyperspace. In addition to that, Pakuuni pirates would lend PDS a hand by providing two squadrons of twelve y-wing starfighters. Dustil was not surprised as the y-wings was very common among the pirates. However, he would accept their help. A radar beeped, "Commander Sushere, we're approaching the system and the space station!" A navigator would tell him, as Dustil looked at the man and replied in a firm voice. "Drop out of hyperspace, and launch the IRDs right away. We will also fire all the batteries toward the space station, and have Defender do the same thing. The guardians will follow by, along with the IRDs and the y-wings provided by the pirates." The Justice, along with Defender, and the guardians have dropped out of hyperspace. The batteries from both warships have opened fire at NL-1, ALL the batteries. The IRDs were being launched from the hangar bay of the Justice, reinforcing the guardians. The starfighters would wait until the Pakuuni pirates arrives with their y-wings, then they would be able to engage with the Imperial starfighters. The battle has begun...

| The Commander of NL-1 stirred from his dinner, having been informed of a pirate attack upon his station, exiting his ready room he moved onto the bridge. The vessel had of course acted as per standard guidelines to the attack, charging shields to maximum and weapons as uncharted hyperspace signatures were detected. As the vessels approached and gave fire, it was returned in kind, concentrating fire on the bridge of the Protector. "Gentlemen, prepare to repel pirates, have Eagle, Hawk and Falcon squadrons launch and intercept those fighters, signal to the Majestic that the pirates they have been hunting have come to us, the trap is closing." A signal was transmitted to the IMS Majestic (an upgraded Dreadnought class heavy cruiser (heavier weaponary http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Dreadnaught-class_heavy_cruiser) dispatched recently on anti pirate patrol), several minutes travel away having been investigating sensor readings from nearby astroids and examining them for any signs of enemy scanning beacons. The Majestic's captain replied with the traditional "Good Hunting NL1" before turning about and returning towards the space station, launching its compliment of 12 TIE Fighters and a Lambda class shuttle, forming an attacking wedge heading towards the combat ongoing with the Guardian fighters. The fighters from the station launched in quick sucession, the three squadrons of TIE Interceptors launched from their hangers, spreading out into pairs and moving to engage the opposing squadrons, Hawk squadron concentrating its fire on the IRDs while Eagle and Falcon made a decisive attack against the Guardian class fighters. As they did this the IMS Majestic's turbolasers came within range of the Defender, giving a fully powered volley across its stern, all turbolasers concentrated for the engines, aiming to disable the smaller vessel and allow it to become easy prey to the gunnery of both the majestic and the space station. Added (16 Jan 2009, 11:46 Pm) --------------------------------------------- The Captain of the Majestic looked concerned, knowing he would win but that the casualties on both sides would be costly and opened communications to the patriot ships. "Ships attacking our station, you are obviously well armed and equipped, but you cannot hope to take our space station intact, surrender your vessels now, and I promise that you will all be found a role within the Empire, I offer you food, sponsorship, your lives and your freedom. If your organisation will become an Imperial Company, then you will enjoy a great number of benefits. Consider your actions carefully before continuing to fight a battle you cant win."

| Dustil Sushere would stay still on his command chair in the bridge, watching out the window. Indeed, he did not expect this much resistance. Was it because Pakuuni pirates did not give him good intelligence? He suspected as much, as the forty-eight y-wings from the pirates were supposed to be arriving by now and they didn't. Perhaps they were hoping for the Patriot to punch a hole into the station, then they could finish the Imperials off for their own benefit. As the Pakuuni pirates did not send their own fighters, he knew the Captain of the Majestic was right. The Patriots cannot win this battle, especially with the risk of the guardians being the only formidable fighters going up against four combined squadrons of TIE fighters and Interceptors. The IRDs were crappy fighters and he knew they wouldn't win, especially against three squadrons of TIE interceptors coming in to fire on the IRDs. Commander Sushere ordered for the IRDs to come aboard the hangar bay of the Protecter right away, as the Protector had to divide their fire toward the station and the TIE interceptors coming for the squadron of the IRDs. He also ordered the squadron of guardians to pull away immediately, trying to get themselves out of range so they'd be able to engage into hyperspace back to Ahlenn. While he ordered the Defender to pull away from the station as well, that ship were to cover the guardians' escape from the TIE fighters and after that they would be able to exit out of hyperspace. Commander Sushere would open communications to the captain of the Majestic, "I can tell you that the coexist between us cannot happen, as my personal hatred for the Remnant will cloud our alliance. However, we came merely to aid the pirates of Pakuuni system. I have suddenly realized they were not going to help my people, as they have betrayed me. In exchange for letting us go, I have information for you. There is a pirate base hidden on Pakuuni, you can do whatever you want with them. I will transmit the information, then be on our way." The transmission of the coordinates of the pirate base on Pakuuni was being transmitted to the Majestic, as the IRDs were almost to the hangar bay. The Justice would leave drive away from the station, following the guardian starfighters and the Defender. He would hope the Imperials would not move to attack the PDS. He had already ended the Pakuuni pirates' lives, because they had betrayed Dustil and he does not take kindly to it. Especially when it comes to fighting the Imperials...

| The Captain of the Maestic smiled, raining a half dozen concussion missiles inside the Justice's hangar. The piercing fire from his turbolasers was also begining to tell, focused as it was at the engines of that vessel, the combined fire from the space station causing the shields in its side and rear to come down, causing a rent across its engines, leaving it helpless. The TIE Interceptors formed around the two capital ships of PDS, preventing it jumping to hyperspace without an un-shielded impact on one of them, which would be enough to cause almost complete destruction to such a vessel. The Captain of the Majestic radioed to NL-1 (which had suffered a fairly major early hit on its shields but was now recovering) ordering its fire be turned upon the engines and command systems of the smaller capital ship, aiming to complete its immobilisation too. The Defender was taking severe fire now and the heavily amaged Justice looked set for the same fate, disablement, then being slowly gunned down unless they surrendered. A communication again came from the IMS Majestic "Mr Sushere, you have two minutes to surrender, and I guarantee you and your men will survive this battle if you surrender now, any attempts to flee and you will all be systematically slaughtered, I repeat, you have two minutes to comply"

| Commander Sushere would sigh in frustration, knowing that the PDS would not be able to escape right away, not after the Pakuuni pirates have betrayed them. He would sit on the command chair slouching. As he opened the communication, "We surrender." That was all he could say, it was out of digust. He had no choice but to surrender, it was because he want to save his friends in the PDS from facing an unexpected death. He had hoped that the remaining of PDS staff back on Ahlenn would try to gather help when they suspect we did not return. Dustil would not reveal any information concerning the PDS. The IRDs would continue to return to the hangar bay to land, while the Defender would begin to slow down and come to a complete stop. The same goes for the guardians. He had no choice but to shut down the engines to avoid causing damage to the warship. He never thought this day would come, surrendering to the Imperials.

| The Captain of the Majestic targeted the guns of his vessel upon the bridge of the Justice, the space station making the same target on the Defender. From the space station launched a quintuplet of Assault shuttles, they pulled alongside both vessels, two next to the Defender and three next to the Justice. From each several space troopers launched, moving up to the vessels hulls and entering airdocks, moving inside to secure the airlocks before the shuttles themselves docked, each containing 40 heavily armed troopers, moving to strategic points aboard the ships, most notably moving a squad of 40 troopers to each vessels engine room, and 40 to eaches bridge. On the bridge of the Defender they would hear a steady clank, clank, clank, clank, as down the hallway to the bridge a space trooper advanced at the head of a squad of stormtroopers, tossing aside any crewman without killing him who attempted to impede him, eventually the armoured seargeant moved onto the main concourse of the bridge, levelling his arm mounted proton torpedo launcher, enough to kill every being on the bridge contained within at Dustil, it spoke. Behind it moved the first squad of stormtroopers, fanning out behind the consoles. "You will give my our men full control of your ship immediately, rebel scum" the armoured figure spoke. Already the shuttles were returning to the space station, where aboard technicians waited in pressure suits who began to be transported over. The Majestic moved behind the two surrendered vessels targeting the vessels to destroy them if any move was made against it, the Captain radioing Dustil again "Id do what you are told now, hand over command like a good fellow."

| Commander Sushere would stare at the stormtroopers before answering to the man, "First of all, we are not affiliated with the Republic. Second of all, you have a full control of my ship and another ship...Imperial scum." He would look at the man in disgust. They had allowed the Imperials to take control of their ships. There's nothing they can do about that now, except to prevent them from acquiring any information from the PDS. Commander Sushere would speak out, "Please do not kill any of us, just arrest us and we could avoid a bloody confrontation as much as possible."

| The Imperial crews brought aboard manned the ships bridges, issuing instructions all the PDS crewmembers be moved to the hangar, for evacuation, the whole crew was instructed to move into these cavernous areas. The Armoured Seargeant issued an instruction to Dustil "You alone will stay here on the bridge, I am sure the Emperor will wish to speak with you personally, and he is not as forgiving as I am." The Captain of the Majestic spoke on holo to Emperor Gemmell "Your Imperial Majesty, I present you with the Capture of two rebel ships from Patriot Defense Systems, I have transmitted their designations, we have transfered their crews to hangars for evacuation, we also have their captain captured and in seperate custody." Gemmell hesistated, for a fraction of a second, "patch the Rebel captain in" he spoke, and within seconds on the bridge of the Justice Dustil could see the Emperor and the Captains holograms, and Gemmell both of them "Rebel, what would you have me do with your ships, your crews? You have transgressed against my legitimate authorities. You have admitted working with pirates to slaughter my innocent civilians. You have collected together illegal weapons and consorted with the enemy. How would you act in my position?"

| Commander Sushere would be forced to stand besides the Imperial Captain, as the hologram of the Emperor appeared. As he had listened in to the Emperor, watching him speak as he would think up of an answer. He knew he had to answer to the Emperor, if he doesn't, he might be in worse troubles than he was already in. "Well, if I was in your position, I would take control of the warships and the starfighters. I would have myself captured. However, I believe that the crewmembers should be let go. They were only acting under my orders. I'm the only person of signifiance to you. Please keep me and let the others go." As you may have noticed, he didn't say "your majesty." He was sacrificing himself for the other crewmembers, he only hoped his younger brother back at Ahlenn base would do the right thing.

| Emperor Gemmell chuckled looking over to the Captain of the Majestic "The crew are the ones he values hmm? Wipe them out, all of them. Shackle the rebel commander and bring him to Borosk, I feel this one may require a personal touch." the holo blinking off. The Captain nodded, giving Sushere a sickly sadistic look "You heard the Emperor Seargeant, Evacuate the men.", the Seargeant gave a gesture to a technician on the bridge, sealing the internal doors to the hangars filled with the crew, then opening the outside doors, keeping the forcefields maintaining atmosphere, speaking to the crew over the loud speakers in the Hangars the captain spoke "You are all about to die, summaririly executed for your crimes against the Empire. But I will let your commander give you some last words of comfort, a timer of 30 seconds has been set before the chamber decompresses, Mr Sushere, they can hear you". Sushere would be able to see a monitor showing the panic in the hangar as they all realised they would die, handed a communicator to speak down to the crew.

| Commander Sushere would be filled with rage, this was one of the reasons why he did not like the Imperials. They would execute unarmed men and women. As realizing he would be the only one getting out of this alive, he wasn't even thrilled about being alive. He had his men and women put their hands on his shoulders. They trusted him, and he had made a wrong decision by ordering them to stand down. He felt even worse than when he originally surrendered to the Imperials. He would begin to speak on the communicator, "I have failed you. This is entirely my fault. I will remember each and every one of you. I will avenge your deaths with honor, I promise. Long live Patriot Defense Services." He would finish up speaking, and then looked at the Captain with eyes filled with rage. However, he had to show he was a better person by not doing anything cheap to the Captain. "I promise you, I will be back." That was all he could say to the Captain.

| The Captain guffawed heartily as the hangar decompressed, capturing holo images and feeding them back to dustil of the crews collective scream and their contortions in deep space, eventually though it was over and they all lay, forming a small cloud in deep space, an explosively decompressed cloud of gore floating next to the space station as a symbol of what happened to those who rebelled against the Empire. Dustil was conveyed to a shuttle in chains and the shuttle dispatched towards Borosk, stripped of his uniform and kept in a cool cell within only the supplies he needed to survive, he had been humiliated, shamed, but this was far from the end, it was the begining. The Majestic, with a pair of TIE Squadrons moved and began to engage the pirate base on Pashuuns surface, catching them unawares and slaughtering them wholesale. The Justice and the Defender, now devoid of patriot crew were dispatched back to Yaga Minor, for refit and for crewing for their next missions, the Justice being renamed the IMS Cicero and the the Defender the IMS Aegis.
