Chief Gavrisom, I apoligize if this direct communication offends, but there are some matters of great importance I would like to discuss with you. I have an arrangement that would allow us to have lunch at Manarai later today, if you would like to indulge a veteran and recently retired General of the New Republic Starfighter Corps. If not, it is understandable, and I can voice my concerns on this forum of communication as well.

General,

President Gavrisom would be more than happy to have you join him for lunch (hes always happy to hear from a retired member of the forces), however with his busy schedule he is required to take a light lunch in his Office in the Prosperity Wing today before his afternoon address to the Senate.

You are more than welcome to attend today at 1pm. Please present yourself to the main reception 15 minutes before 1pm and I will personally take you up.
