It is unfortunate that you have lost the reelection to your homeworld, Raltiir. The New Republic Senate have lost not only a great Senator, but also a great man. The waning days of your term has the Senate seeing you opposing the Bastion Accords, aka "Pellaeon-Gavrisom Treaty." I admire your efforts in opposing the ill-timed peace treaty. As you might or might not know, I am opposed to it. We share the same beliefs that the Imperial Remnant should be gone before there truly is a peace. Your loss had led me to some thinking. While your opportunity in the Senate might or might not have closed, another window of opportunity has opened up. Now that you have more time on your hands, I couldn't ask for someone better on this.

I was planning on using my nonprofit organization, The Helping Hands, to become more active in opposing the peace treaty. By doing so, there can be more peaceful protests. But that is not the only reason, there'll be other things you can deal within the organization such as relief efforts, helping poverty, et cetera. Which is why I am offering you the position of Chief Executive Officer. I will ensure this position will receive a good pay, and the benefits included. If you prefer, we could schedule a meeting and discuss over this.
