Admiral Bwua'tu,

In light of your recent excellent conduct and sterling work as the Attache to the Defense Council, in addition to your previous and sterling combat experience, as wall as your excellent sense of judgement and restraint. I have taken the decision to appoint you to be the Officer in command of the 3rd Battle Group of the New Republic Defense Force.

I would like to thank you for your excellent service to the New Republic Defense Force, and the New Republic in general, it is refreshing to meet an officer as concerned with the defense of of the polis as with the welfare of his soldiers or the prosecution of war.

I am gratified and astonished at this excellent news. I thank you truly from the bottom of my heart. I will endeavour to serve the New Republic in a manner fitting of a Citizen and a Soldier. With honour, mercy, and justice.
