Neimoidian Deep Space Research Institute has been re-located to be immediately outside your own space, vessels from it will be plying the spacelanes nearby your system in order to find and better map the limits of the Heliosphere of your own Star.

While we do not require your consent to deploy this Institute in Deep Space, we thought it prudent to notify yourself as the military power in the System who's star is under our study. We anticipate this study to continue for the next year or two, at which stage it will be redeployed elsewhere.

We invite your people to bid for contracts to open a resteraunt aboard the station, if they wish to. However, should this option be taken, we must stress that we would not sanction the use of any slave labour in it.

If possible, we would appreciate your own vessels sharing the telemmetry from your own sensors relating to your sun's solar winds.

We also have a large bulk of office, production, storage and lab space availible aboard the Station, and should any interested private company like to take out a tenancy for an ammount of this space, then they will be welcomed with open arms, so long as they are happy to abide by Neimoidian and so New Republic Law, as well as the academic policies of this Institute.
