| Darwin's X-wing had left Korriban, based on the order that Kaylie Winters had sent to it. For the first few hours, it had been smooth sailing and everything was on track until suddenly the ship sputtered and dropped sharply out of hyperspace. The astromech droid on board quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad hyperdrive motivator. Unfortunately, the planet below was Rhen Var, uninhabitable, therefore no where for repair or parts. With no ability to repair the ship, the astromech simply let it drift in space. The tracking device was on, so Kaylie would be able to find it that way. Or anyone would be able to find it. ___________________________________________________________ Meanwhile, Kaylie Winters had departed the company of Aaron Rawls and crew of one, Doohan. Their antics on Trightons Point had been a bit too glamorous and drawn too much unwanted attention in her opinion. Her best bet was to stay concealed. From the point separated, Kaylie had taken her few belongings and boarded a public transport ship that was headed to Telos IV. She thought, for at least the moment, that it would be a good place to lay low before going to Nar Shadda to find Darwin's ship. Little did she know the engine problems that she ship was having, as she hadn't checked the datapad in the hours since she sent the command. Once settled on the ship, Kaylie pulled the datapad out and saw the emergency beacon flashing. "Seriously? Crap." She muttered under her breath. The only thing that she could do now was wait until they arrived on Telos IV, then she could catch another ship out to where the x wing was floating, disabled.

| After several hours of travelling in hyperspace, the Lucian Alliance fleet had finally dropped out of hyperspace into the Tobali System, where the planet called Rhen Var is stationed at. Netan had to force the fleet to retreat from Endor, in order not to lose any men. It may have put a little dampening on his pride, but he knew it was better this way. It wasn't worth losing men over a few Ewoks. Rhen Var was a place he thought was the best hiding place at the moment. The Lucian Alliance wouldn't stay there forever though, he wouldn't want the fleet to be vulnerable to the Republic. But for now, Rhen Var is an uninhabitable planet and no permanent settlements are there so they should be safe for the time being. "I'm scanning the system right now. So far, I don't see any ships on the radar." A radar officer would speak to Netan. The leader would simply nod and turned to look out the window inside the command bridge. He began to cross his arms, when the radar officer would speak out once again. "Wait a minute, I'm detecting a small ship above the orbit of Rhen Var!" Netan would look at the man, "What is it doing?" The man replied, "It's just drifting there, sending out an emergency beacon." Netan knew right away that the ship has to be in trouble, but he wouldn't let it afloat in the empty space. "Let's go over there, and use the tractor beam to pull it into our hangar bay. We need to do it fast, we don't want to give away our position." The Fury and the Grievous would scatter, as to resume the patrol around the system. Meanwhile, the Injustice would move toward the starfighter. The closer the Strike got to the ship, "It's a x-wing. They're pretty common within the New Republic and the New Jedi Order. There's no telling if there's any more nearby. Be on alert." Netan gave an order, what he didn't know was that it was a starfighter of a famed rogue Jedi. Within a couple of minutes, they were in range to pull the x-wing toward the Injustice. The x-wing then began to move toward the hangar bay, "Lower the shields." Netan ordered, this was so the x-wing would be able to get into the hangar bay without crashing into the shield. The x-wing was finally towed into the hangar bay. The astromech droid was making a lot of noise, so one of the pirates would stun the droid. The droid would be out for a while, and that's what Netan wants. The droid would be brought over to a spare room, where Netan would have the droid expert of the Lucian Alliance taking it apart. The processes of taking the droid completely apart would take up to a couple of hours, but Netan had ordered the man to simply detach the head from the rest of the body as to look into the memory bank. Meanwhile, he had one of his men disable the emergency beacon. This was done so the Lucian Alliance's position wouldn't be given away to the New Republic. After forty-five minutes of letting the expert going through the memory bank, Netan would let out a firm tone. "What have you found, Jad?" The man would simply replied, "I believe this belonged to a rogue Jedi by the name of Darwin Sky, also known as Darth Acheron." "Hasn't he been dead for nine years?" "Yes, sir." "Then how the hell is his droid still floating around?" "Well, according to the transmission, the droid didn't get to Rhen Var by this guy. It was by someone named Kaylie Winters." Netan would simply shrugged it off, and walked away. "Hold on, sir! Looks like there's a list of ancient artifacts. It would worth be checking out, we could make a fortune selling them off the black market." The leader would turn around and looked into the man's eyes, "Well, if we want to go on a treasure hunt, we'd better find this Kaylie. Maybe she worked with Darwin Sky in attempt to retrieve those artifacts." Netan would walk out of the spare room and headed for the command bridge. "Access the pirate network, and put out the word that the Lucian Alliance wants to know Kaylie Winters' latest whereabouts."

| Kaylie leaned back in her seat and fussed with the datapad. Suddenly, the beacon turned off. She sighed and dropped the datapad into her lap. There was nothing she could do about it now, so it was best to just relax and try to enjoy the trip for now. Her relaxation was short lived, as she started to worry about what could have possibly happened to the x-wing. It could have been shot down, or just died because it was so old, or....it could have been intercepted. The last idea made Kaylie sick to her stomach. In fact, she grew more nauseous the more she thought about it. The reason? She had left a message for Darwin on one of the drives of the ship, something she had hoped he would see before he died, though she was unsure if he had or not. It was a message telling him about her being pregnant with their daughter, Skye, and imploring him to come home to her. He never did.

| After a while of waiting for information on Kaylie Winters to come up, there was a beeping. He turned into the front of the holotransmitter, and it was activated. The hologram showed an Aqualish, and he was familiar with the Lucian Alliance. "Arnee, it's nice to see you. I take it you got my message?" Netan had asked firmly. Arnee was an Aqualish that works undercover for the Lucian Alliance at the docking authority on Nar Shaddaa. Netan had placed Arnee there because he figured that he could get a lot of valuable information about what goes through the docking bays on Nar Shaddaa. The Aqualish would nod, and spoke in a strange tone. "Yes, Kaylie Winters a human woman. She paid have ship take her away. She going Telos IV." Arnee was speaking in broken Galactic Basic, as a lot of aqualishes are. Netan understood him enough to know what he just said. 'Ship name Glorious Jewel." Netan would nod, turning the holotransmitter off and turned around. "Set the coordinates for Telos IV, let's retrieve the woman. Netan ordered as several moments had passed, the fleet were ready to enter into hyperspace. So they did, bound for Telos IV.

| Instead of being sick, Kaylie pushed herself to her feet and paced. She wondered if she should contact the Nemodians and tell them about this, or if that was premature. It was probably too early to tell. As soon as they would dock on Telos IV, she would find another ship to take her to the last known coordinates of the x wing. Most likely, it had just died. After all, the ship had not been in flight for nine years. Kaylie moved to one of the small sleeping pods, taking her bag with her, to lay down for a while. The trip was not even halfway over, and she knew she couldn't spend all of it freaking out with worry over something that probably didn't even happen.

| The Lucian Alliance fleet was in hyperspace on the way to Telos IV, hoping that they would be there in time to catch the transport that Kaylie Winters was on. The pirate would sit on his command chair, waiting for a beeping sound to come on. He knew that the trip from Rhen Var to Telos IV was much shorter than it is from Nar Shaddaa, but he doesn't know how long along that this woman had left Nar Shaddaa. "Have the tractor beam ready the minute we drop out of hyperspace, we're going to need to retrieve the transport as fast as possible."

| She woke up hours later, hearing an announcement that they were getting ready to drop out of hyperspace near Telos IV, but it would still be a little while before they would land. Kaylie rubbed her eyes groggily. She had taken something to help her sleep, so she still felt a little out of it. Nothing a little water wouldn't fix up. Kaylie laid there for a while longer, just listening to the hum of the ships engines. They were soothing, but suddenly, the whirring started to slow. They weren't close enough to the planet to be doing that, if anything, they should have been firing thrusters to enter atmo. She pulled herself up and started up front to see what was going on. And to see if something was wrong.

| The Lucian Alliance fleet was almost at Telos IV, Netan knew that Telos IV is a New Republic world. Which is why he had his Strike prepared to activate the tractor beam the moment the fleet drops out of hyperspace. This way, he'd capture the transport this Kaylie Winters is on and then they'd go back into hyperspace. No doubts the Republic is still looking for the Lucian Alliance, which is why multiple jumps is the best. The Republic would have lost them by then. A loud sound came ringing into Netan's ears. That was the alert that they had reached Telos IV. "Drop us out of hyperspace. Let's see if we got there in time." The leader ordered, as the Injustice dropped out first. The Fury and the Grievous followed close by behind. His warship was doing the scanning of the area. That was when the scan found the Glorious Jewel, the transport that this Kaylie Winters is on. "Activate the tractor beam. Bring her in. Have the welcoming committee stand by at the hangar bay. Kill everyone aboard the ship, but keep Kaylie Winters alive." Netan ordered his men, as the "Special Response" Teams ran out of the bridge. Netan would activate the holotransmitter, only to be messaged throughout the fleet. "Fury and Grevious, you are proceeded to enter into hyperspace. Dial the coordinates to the edge of the Tingel Arm, the Injustice will be following behind shortly." With that order, the Fury and the Grievous immediately entered back into hyperspace. As Netan's flagship had brought the Glorious Jewel in, the welcoming committee had a gift waiting for them. Once the transport was fully brought in, the shields for the hangar bay were up and the tractor beam deactivated. The Injustice finally entered back into hyperspace. Netan would get out of the command bridge and got into an interrogation room, where he would be waiting for Kaylie Winters to be brought in.

| The ship lurched suddenly as the tractor beam latched on and started to pull it backwards. Kaylie stopped short when she felt the ship going the wrong direction and an immediate fear almost stopped her heart. And almost as suddenly as it started, the ship ground to a halt and all was silent for a few moments before the whir of laser cutters started echoing from the main hatch. She raced to a window and peered out, noting first that they were in a hanger bay, and second that the people were obviously not Republic friendly...nor anything friendly. Pirates. "Of all the lousy transports...." she muttered as she shifted her bag over her shoulder. The things that were most precious to her were carefully concealed, but pirates usually could have cared less about menial things such as that, they usually wanted something much bigger that would fetch a huge price. People on the transport were scrambling to safety when the hatch was cracked through and the steel door fell with an enormous and resounding thud on the steel floor of the transport ship. From where she was, in the passenger area, Kaylie heard a loud, booming voice echo through the halls over the comm system telling them all to sit down and shut up...this wouldn't take long.

| Netan would still be waiting at the interrogation for Kaylie to be brought in. Meanwhile, the Lucian Alliance soldiers would begin to pour into the transport. An officer would speak over the comm system, "We only want a woman named Kaylie Winters. If you do not show yourself, then everyone on this ship will die!" The Lucian Alliance would kill the civilians without hesitation, without remorse. The soldiers would point their blaster rifles at everyone aboard the ship. "I repeat, Kaylie must show herself, or everyone else die!" There was a sound of cocking throughout the ship, the soldiers were arming their weapons. The Injustice was still inside hyperspace, following Fury and Grievous to the edge of the galaxy.

| She sighed as she heard her name yelled out. "I knew it!" She said to herself. Kaylie had been right to worry when the x wing just dropped off of the radar. Her gaze fell to a woman sitting next to her, cowering with a child on her lap. She let out a soft sigh. "Don't worry...." she murmured, though she was unsure that the words of comfort would actually help. Or if they were the truth. Kaylie walked back towards the hanger bay with her bag slung over her shoulder and across her body. She saw the door cut out and on the floor, and armed men herding passengers and crew. "What do you want with this Kaylie Winters, anyway?" She asked, loud enough to announce her presence in the room. Kaylie shifted her weight and stood there, eyeing them up.

| The Lucian Alliance soldiers would keep on rounding the passengers and crew. The officer would turn his gaze over at the woman who had spoken up. "That's none of your business, woman! If nobody comply with my demands, then everyone aboard this ship die!" The officer would give a hand gesture, and the soldiers would proceed to aim at the passengers and crew. The Lucian Alliance were ruthless, although he wasn't' sure if they would know that. "Kaylie, show yourself." That was all the officer would be able to say, waiting to see if she would come out.

| "Man....I hope your boss doesn't realize what a moron you are." She commented, pacing for a moment. "I would imagine that it is my business, since I'm her...you twit." Kaylie stopped and stared at him. She was a mouthy thing, but she really hadn't gotten started yet. "What can I do for you? I'm sure you didn't track me halfway across the galaxy because you need your ship fixed, so let these people go free, and lets get this over with." She started to move past him and off of the ship.

| The officer would chuckled, "You're the one that's the twit." He would order the soldiers to fire at the passengers. The men and women would fire right away, slaughtering the civilians. That was when the officer turned away, getting off the ship to escort Kaylie. A couple more guards would grab Kaylie by her arms, while having their available hands point pistols at Kaylie. "Make a sudden move, you die." The men would keep escorting her down the hallways, the interrogation room wasn't that far away from the hangar bay. After several moments of walking down the hallway, a guard got in front of Kaylie and opened a door to the right. While another pushed her inside and forced her to sit down on a chair. That was when she would see a man standing in front of her, with a table in front of her as well. Netan would let out a chuckle, "Kaylie. What's a sexy woman like you doing all the way out here in the Outer Rim?"

| "You lying sack of Bantha dung!" She yelled, punching the first guard that tried to grab her. She jammed the palm of her hand up and against his nose, hearing a satisfying crack before another grabbed her. Kaylie instantly felt terrible. She could have just kept her mouth shut and died too, then they wouldn't have gotten what they obviously wanted. She used the heel of her boot and stomped down hard on the foot of the guard who had just grabbed her, then paused when she heard the obvious clack of another blaster heating up. The guards grabbed her by the arms, but she wasn't one to go quietly. "Something tells me that you won't kill me, else you wouldn't have gone through all this in the first place." She spat harshly at the officer. Once in the room, she was shoved down into the chair. Her bag, which one of the men had taken from her, was dropped onto the table beside her and the door slammed shut. Finally, her gaze landed on Netan and his first words rolled out of his mouth. "Are you kidding me?" She said first. "You just slaughtered over a hundred people....to flirt? Not a very good pirate, are you?"
