Subject: Update on Operation Windfall
Classification: Secret (CTC-Directive), High Priority I have some new information on the progress of Operation Windfall, as you requested, Sir. As of this morning, we've gotten confirmation from our crew on Tovarskl that we've finished the prefabricated hangar on that planet's moon, and that all twelve of our Z95's have been delivered apparently without detection. We've also heard from our resistance contact on Kalee, Qymen Benjiar (code name "Cicero"), and he's promised he has enough men to pilot them.
I've also talked with procurement and secured the following armaments for insertion on Kalee in the coming week: 2,800 DLT-20A blaster rifles, 16 E-Web repeating blasters, 42 HX2 antipersonnel mines, 12 E-60R missile launchers, 80 detonation packs, and (roughly) 31 tons of ammunition. Enough to start a decent insurrection, assuming Cicero uses them well. The insertion itself ideally won't need more than, say, two gunships and a transport (but I'll keep you posted on that one; still talking to Mal'ia at Tactical Analysis).
But assuming we're go, and we have the element of surprise, do we have permission to proceed, Chief?
