| Senator Crion, I see that you've proposed a summit to discuss "Jedi/Republic relations" without inviting to it even one critic of the Jedi. You have assured, thus, that no controversies, conflicts, or issues of real importance will actually be resolved at this summit. Unless you have a diversity of views represented at your meeting, Senator, it will be nothing more than an echo chamber in which nothing is accomplished. I daresay, if you thought that genuine accord could be reached, might you not have simply held this discussion in the Senate where the voice of the people—all the people—could be heard?
