Even tho Hajo has gone AWOL from the NRI, he was hiding in plain sight. He was sitting in the back of the Mos Eisly cantina, he had a good view of the front entrance and since the back entrance was employee only, he figured it was his best bet, but just in case he had an Ithorian friend sitting in the front of the Cantina, watching the back. They kept it cool, not really drawing attention to them self's. And not looking to suspicious, this Ithorian was a good friend of his. They served each other in the Army. and he was Hajo's first partner that didn't die in while in the Spec Force. The Ithorian suffered a deadly wound and had to retire early, but they kept in contact every now and then. They a way to communicate. Hajo Wore an earpiece while his Ithorian friend named Aamaw wore something around his trunk which looked fashionable, but was really a way to communicate. They were both drinking Thikkiian brandy. But Hajo's mind was slipping, he started thinking about one of the biggest mistakes he made in his life, it started with a flash back to when he was part of the Alliance.

Flash back to alliance army, deployment days on a desert planet.

Picture taken by Aamaw.

"So, Aamaw, any news on your daughter? Last I heard she was about to attend university or something." Since ithorians could speak basic, that's the language he chose. "Yes, she is fine. Smart one she is. Makes me proud." Tor Videl A private in the squad spoke. "My kids don't write me, or draw me pictures or anything." Hajo chuckled slightly at Tor's remark. He then replied to him with a joke. "They don't write you because you cant read man." the entire squad laughed as they walked down a small highway, full of exploded speeders, and skeletons everywhere.

Wasn't a time or place for jokes but they had one, since the highway was dead for 3 miles. As they continued to walk down the highway Tor was still shaking his head. "you guys are a bunch of bastards you know that? I hate you guys soo mu-" He was cut off by stepping on a mine, the mine blew him him, so there was nothing they could do for him, Hajo readied his rifle as did Aamaw and the other 3 troopers in his squad.

Soon enough an explosion went off behind them. The blast made them trip, while hey were falling A group of Storm troopers shot down the other 3 troopers, while Aamaw and Hajo fell over, looking like they died from the explosion of course they didn't. After they were on the floor unconscious, the stormtroopers walked over to Hajo and Aamaw, They looked at them, they all thought Aamaw was dead, Hajo was moving slightly so they took Hajo away, to interrogate him, while Aamaw laid on the floor unconscious.

Soon as Aamaw regained consciousness. he stood up and looked at his fallen team mates, he didn't see Hajo around, but shortly he received a message from the Alliance base in the area. "Our Probe Droid's shows your entire squad down, and your squad leader missing, Possible KIA. Stay put trooper. We'll come get you." Instead of just standing still, Aamaw took off towards the Empire base. Which wasn't too far away.

"I'm ordering you to stay there soldier." Aamaw cut off the connections between him and the republic. He continued down the highway carefully, while taking out imperial troops on his way down to safe Hajo. A few Scout troopers here and there, a few storm troopers. And a few probot droids.

Hajo then regained focus and looked at the entrance seeing a few Republic troops enter, look around then left. A smirk crossed his lips as he drank some more of the brandy.

"Amonkira. Lord of Hunters. Grant that my hands be steady, my aim be true, and my feet swift. And should the worst come to past, grant me forgiveness."
